This handsome boy needs a very special person in his life, as he struggles to trust many humans. Prince might like someone immediately, but it is rare. He did not like his foster mom at all initially, but now he is loving and adoring of her. He is an outgoing and fun dog once he chooses to trust someone; otherwise, he makes it clear that he prefers to be left alone. Prince lives with many other dogs and is exceptionally playful with the smaller dogs in his home. He has not been cat tested, but ignores the cats in their catio in his foster home. He has learned to accept and walk on a leash and even enjoys going for walks now. He is house-trained and has good house manners, which is excellent because he hates being in a crate.He needs a home with minimal people coming and going, and/or a place where he can be away from those who do not live with him, and where there are no young children. His perfect home would be with his human, and how many other dogs his human would like to have live with them.Prince is fully vetted, current with vaccinations, microchipped, neutered, and on flea and tick, as well as heartworm, prevention.

I’m the kind of dog who lights up when you walk into the room, especially if you happen to be holding treats. I’m smart, eager to learn, and totally motivated by snacks, which makes training fun for both of us. I get along great with other dogs and kids, and I’m always ready to make new friends wherever I go. I haven’t been tested with cats yet, so I’m not sure how I would do with them, but I’m gentle, respectful, and always willing to learn. I'm Chess and I'm here to tell you that there is no sweeter pup than me. I'm about 20 pounds, one year old and super cute. I like toys, nylabones and playing with other dogs. At first I had no idea what a leash or harness was but after some practice, I'm excited now to go for walks every morning. I make a great little office assistant if you work from home and I sleep quietly through the night. I learned the doggie door pretty quickly and that helped a lot with my house training. I'm pretty much a total puppy package and hope you will consider adding me to your family.

Scooter is an amazing young dog! He lived around an elementary school in East Dallas, and was always playing with the kids at recess. My son impulsively brought him to our home and we've been fostering him ever since. Scooter is the best. He is amazing around kids, and super well-trained. He is also unbelievably friendly, vaccinated, potty-trained, and leash-trained. He will constantly roll onto his back expecting tummy rubs! To be completely transparent, the only reason we are not intending to keep him is because we just recently lost our rescue dog of 15 years. So the timing of the situation, to go along with the fact that we cannot give Scooter the love or attention he deserves right now, is what led us to here. At home, Millie is easygoing—after 10–15 minutes of play, she loves to lounge and relax. She’s house trained, kennel trained, and e-collar trained, and she enjoys snuggling when she’s in the mood. She needs a home where she’s the only pet and there are no young children. Millie is a loving, expressive companion who brings a lot of joy to the people she bonds with.
