💃🐶 ADOPT DIVA 🐶💃 This pretty, sassy, golden girl is a senior dachshund mix and had a pretty tough time before finding herself at the shelter after an emergency vet visit. 🥺 Diva is doing well with her foster family. She's very sweet and getting along well with their other pups. Diva likes to tell you all about it when you've missed dinner time (or, at least the time she thinks she should have dinner). She likes to be close to you, especially in the kitchen. 😆 She's not a fan of change and needs a little time to adjust but is the sweetest girl once she's settled and comfortable. She is a really fun pup! ADOPTION APPLICATION: www.tinyurl.com/IADRAdoptionApp ***IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ*** Our adoption fee is $175. We require an application to be completed prior to setting up a meet-and-greet. We do not offer "on-the-spot" adoptions. We do not adopt on a first-come, first-served basis. We do our best to match dogs with families that will be a good fit to help ensure a successful adoption. We reserve the right to decline any application for any reason. Due to the nature of our adoption process, our fosters are usually only able to consider forever families within a reasonable driving distance of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. A vet reference is required, and a trial period will be completed before finalizing the adoption. Thank you for your understanding.

Story
We've had Jonathan for about 10 years now since he was a tiny puppy. Our family has grown a lot since we first got him and he has always adjusted well to new kids and routines. He is a very chill dog who likes to lay around and take it easy. He will occasionally want to play but prefers to have his belly rubbed more than anything. He does not shed but is hard of hearing due to previous ear infections from the amount of hair that grows in his ears. As you can see in his picture he does need to be groomed as he can get pretty fluffy! He does have trouble jumping onto furniture at his age due to hip issues from years of jumping.

Story
Official intro to Bud (we call him Buddy) Bundy! He is 3-4 months old and weighs about 10 lbs. He is a little nervous when he first meets new people but warms up to being a cuddle bug with time. He will roll over and wait for belly rubs. He does let my kids pick him up and carry him around but he also lets them know when he has had enough. We don't have an issue with this because my kids need to learn just as much as he does! He loves having another dog around. He is learning sit, down and wait right now. We have a hard time with a lot of training because we are still building trust. He is crate trained and sleeps all night without accidents. He will make an amazing family pet with just a little time to warm up! His fur is a beautiful brindle on his face and legs with a white belly and toes and then his back is black! up and cuddled. He has slept on my kids laps on the couch a few times. He loves to play with Dove and has no issues with her size. He is such a precious little baby Little family dumped roaming the area for a few days, a mom, dad and 2 puppies. All super cute just wanting a warm loving home.
