You know, my life wasn't always this way. I used to be a superhero, believe it or not. I had a knack for finding lost things, and I'd dash off, my nose leading the way. One day, I found a little girl who'd wandered away from her family's picnic. I led her back to safety, wagging my tail all the way. But I got lost myself and ended up here. Don't get me wrong, this place is nice, but I miss the thrill of the chase, the wind in my fur. I'd love to find a new family, one that needs a hero like me. I promise, I'll be the best sidekick you ever had.January 16, 2025, 12:27 pm

Story
Winnie was found wandering, even though she had been adopted from a shelter.  Previous owners not answering so she was dumped by them. She is very sweet but initially a little timid. Given her recent experience, not surprising. She has been resting and decompressing.  Loves to be outside and she sleeps all night in her crate.  Winnie just needs a loving family who will teach her what it is really like to be loved and to be safe.   https://bit.ly/codys_adoption_application. ##2340504##

Story
Meet James Howlett, also known as Howie, a charming male dog with lots of love to give. He's great with small dogs and kids, but might chase cats during play. This sweet pup is not just cute but also comes with impressive credentials-he's crate-trained and has mastered the art of potty training. He enjoys both playtime and quiet moments. Most of all, he craves companionship and loves to be around people. His favorite treats are Purina Beggin' strips, and he enjoys toys that keep him busy. Howie would thrive in a home where someone is around often and has space to stretch his legs and run free. With his loving nature, Howie is ready to make someone's life infinitely brighter. All Dallas Pets Alive adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon adoption. The standard minimum donation for dogs over six months to seven years is $200, puppies under six months is $250, dogs eight years and over are $100 unless specified otherwise.
