Story
Coming soon! Gunner is a sweet male dachschund that our foster took in from a bad situation. He had fleas, ticks, was underweight and his teeth were in bad shape. He is a goofy pup that gets zoomies regularly and loves toys. He is getting all of his vetting taken care of and then he will be ready for his forever home. ##2729482##

Story
Sloan has settled in beautifully with her foster family and is thriving alongside her canine foster brothers and sisters and is ready to find her forever home! Sloan is a 7 year old, 18 lb, Dachshund mix (our best guess). She is as sweet as she is adorable and has quickly become a favorite in her foster home. Sloan is an easy-going social girl who gets along great with other dogs and would enjoy having a playmate, but she can get jealous at times so she will need an owner who is a strong pack leader. She is an affectionate girl whose absolute favorite place is snuggled up next to her people. Because she prefers a more low-key environment, she is looking for a home with no children under ten years old. If you are looking for a loyal, loving little companion to share your couch, your walks, and your heart, please consider adopting Sloan. You can apply at www.rescuerowinc.org *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 3 business days. *You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a home check *Our adoption fees are as follows paid by cash, a check made out to Rescue Row, Venmo: @Rescue-Row or at Zelle: info@rescuerowinc.org Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs in shelters, dogs in abusive or neglectful situations, and dogs surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement. Dogs in the greatest need take priority. Finally, we strive to work with shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless dogs. ##571035##

I’m Emily, the playful pup who ended up here after mistaking a jogger's shoelaces for a new toy during my walk. Imagine the scene: a sunny day, a fun chase, and then, oops! Both of us tangled and giggling on the grass. Since then, I’ve been perfecting my play skills, waiting for someone who loves fun as much as I do. If you need a dose of laughter and a forever playmate, I’m your girl! Why adopt me? Because every day with me is a new adventure filled with joy and play!May 20, 2026, 6:15 pm

Anyway, they brought me here, and now I’m the star of the show. I’m all about fun, love playing fetch, and I’m great at cheering people up.
