Story

This is Luna. She is a 9-year-old Dachshund/Chihuahua/Yorkie mix with the sweetest little heart. Luna is truly a love bug. She loves to cuddle, be close to her people, and spend her days soaking up affection. She is house trained and would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loyal, gentle, snuggly girl. Luna does have a low thyroid condition, so she will need a home that is able to provide her with the special care and attention she requires. Unfortunately, due to changes happening in my life, I no longer have the capacity to care for her in the way she deserves. This decision has not been easy, and my biggest priority is finding Luna a loving home where she will be cared for, cherished, and given the time and attention she needs. Please reach out if you or someone you know may be able to give Luna the safe and loving home she deserves.

Milo, 2 yrs old (01/06/24), born in NY, he’s neutered, but as a first time dog mom I didn’t know how important it is to socialize him, and being that I am in school and working, I cannot have him the majority of the time in the crate, I find it so sad. He loves to play catch, he learned “sit” and “stay”. We take long walks, the pulling occurred when he sees a cat or another dog, wants to charge at them. With ppl he is very protective, so we try not to be near other humans.He needs a family with a yard, he loves to run, he needs someone with more time than me, to be able to keep up with his training. He hasn’t bitten anyone, but I haven’t given him the space or time to be able to mingle either. I love this dog so much! He is the sweetest most loyal dog I’ve ever met. It crushes my heart to give him up, but I cannot afford boarding nor want to leave him in a cage so many hours. Please, if u have time and space, and most importantly a loving heart…reach out to us. I got her in New Mexico with my boyfriend at the time, when she was eight weeks old. then three months later I had to pack everything up and move back to Florida with my mom due to domestic abuse. I tried to keep her but I'm unable to keep her any longer. My mom's German Shepherd doesn't like her and we've tried to get them use to each other. but nothing has helped. its hard to keep them separated, and unfair that one or the other has to be locked up while the other is out. She needs a home that she can be out and able to play with either other dogs or kids. I'm unable to give her what she needs at the time and just want a good home that can give her what she needs. She's ten months old, and is very sweet, hyper, and playful. she does well with kids, cats, and other dogs. she loves walks and being able to run. She's doesn't like water, due to not being around it much. She loves to cuddle and sleep next to her person at the end of the bed.

Knyxy is a 5 year old silver lab who needs a loving home and family to take care of her. She would do best in an active house but not necessary if walked daily. She doesn’t get along with other dogs, afraid when they invade her space. She needs your love, patience, and individual attention. With continued at home training and consistent exercise, Knyxy is a great dog to have. She loves fetching balls, swimming and running, car rides and gets excited when she gets to tag along on errands. She is a highly food-motivated dog who will perform all of her tricks for a snack which could just be an ice cube or a treat. She’s a very smart dog and knows sit, down, crawl, paw, wait, come, spin and drop it. She is house trained and crate trained. You will fall in love with her as she loves to get her head pet and belly rubs. We will provide whatever food that remains, bowls, toys, crate, clothes, and medicine.

Sophia is a three-year-old purebred English Bulldog who loves to lie on the couch all day and go run around outside (only for a few minutes, though). She has three favorite toys: a ball, a bone, and a little pink hat. She’s not one to play fetch, but she will play tug-a-war with you. She does like to go for walks, but she needs more training. She does know a few basic commands, but if you know bulldogs, she is very stubborn. Sophia is not good with other dogs. She was enrolled in a four-week high school dog training program with three other dogs. She became very agitated and aggressive and tried to attack the other dog multiple times. She does not do well with other people's children or adults; she becomes very aggressive towards them, barking and growling at them. This is the reason for the rehoming; everyone in the household fears her. She needs to be with a signal owner who has time to train her and has experience with bulldogs.
