Story
Ace is 12 months old and is neutered and up to date on shots. He is not housebroken broken and has destroyed to cages. I am not home all the time as I work full-time. Ace is good with my children and with my 2 other dogs in the home and my cat. He has gotten out of the house and his kennel too many times and I have received too many tickets. Looking for an experienced adopter who is able to give him plenty of exercise and is home often. He needs a fence. A fence is a must. He also likes to counter surf.

Story
Jackson is in need of a good home due to our family growing and living in town. I will be physically unable to care for him during my surgery recovery and beyond. He is playful, loves to be around his family, and has never ever had an issue with any of our 4 small children. We adopted him when he was 1 and our youngest child was 6 months old. I believe he'd do well with other dogs, once he gets over his husky timidity. He is not an alpha dog, as he usually shows submissive tendencies. He is very smart and knows a lot of different commands. He has never tried, nor taken, the chance to escape. We keep him on our line when he is out in the backyard because we do not have a high fence and don't want to take any chances. Loves walks and running at the dog park. Rehoming fee includes food, water bowls, a small crate, toys, leash, and a brand new flea collar.

Story
Molly is a beautiful and sweet natured gal. She has a quiet demeanor. Shes lived her live on a farm and is primarily an outside dog. She is NOT housebroken. She is good being in a crate if needed. We are unable to keep her no fault of her own. I could see her best in a home that's not too loud and people that just want a sweet dog around. A fenced area is best, though not mandatory. She doesn't roam, and has a good recall. She is not neutered, but certainly can be. Molly is 9 years old, aprox 45# is healthy and I would expect her to live into her teens. Please contact us with more questions or to make an appointment to meet her. Thank you.

Story
We are the original breeders of Bison. He was with a different family but unfortunately they were unable to keep him due to separation and new landlords not allowing large dogs. We also cannot keep him due to us having 2 littles and a baby on the way which would make it difficult to train another dog. However, we feel it is our responsibility as the original breeders to insure he finds his forever home. He is energetic, very loving, and a little clingy. The mix of the protective Catahoula and goofy Great Dane makes him the perfect family pet. He was raised initially with 8 brothers before going to his second home. In the 4th picture you can see him with his mom who you will be able to meet when you pick up Bison❤️ He knows sit and lay down. Just looking for someone to love and keep him for his lifetime.

Chloe has blossomed into a wonderful little companion. She has such a lovely, bright little spirit. She is always willing to go for an adventure. Chloe celebrated her first birthday in October, so she is a “big girl” now and she wants everyone to know that she is growing up in lots of ways!   &#226&#151&#143 Good in the car while seat-belted in for her own safety. &#226&#151&#143 Still a flight risk when startled, but she is recovering much quicker these days! &#226&#151&#143 Still working on house training, she gets very distracted outside, so some supervision is required to redirect her back to her purpose. The good side is that she will come “tell” me that she needs to go outside at times, the problem is my “hearing” her requests. It is hard to determine if she is making a request to go outside or if she is just seeking attention. The signals are the same. &#226&#151&#143 Cats are questionable when outside. Chloe will give chase to my barn cats, but seems to respect them when they are inside the house. She does call off the cats relatively easily when outside, but the initial urge to chase is very much present. &#226&#151&#143 Chloe is still shy with new people, but she is warming up quicker to meeting people these days. She really likes affection and is learning to trust her humans. &#226&#151&#143 A crate is a must for Chloe. She is a big fan! &#226&#151&#143 An obedience class is a must for Chloe too. She is smart as a whip and LOVES to please her humans. She is learning a few little “tricks” and she is happy to have training time. &#226&#151&#143 One thing to note with Chloe is that she is very prone to follow the lead of other dogs. She has latched onto one of the resident dogs and follows their every move. She would benefit from a home with a very benign dog that doesn’t give Chloe much attention or a single dog home. She would rather follow the dogs lead than mine when in the pack. When I have Chloe away from this particular dog, Chloe is willing and able to follow my lead. I think an obedience class will solidify her bond with her forever handler and this problem will resolve.   To sum it all up, Chloe is a happy, playful, affectionate little gal who happens to be a very cautious when meeting new people. She loves her toy box and will rifle through to find just the right toy. She likes all kinds of toys, squeaky toys she will kill the squeaker in 5 seconds flat, she loves a good chew toy and she will bounce around the house all on her own with a ball. She is not a big fan of playing fetch, she would rather just chase the dog who is chasing the ball. She has never played fetch independently while in foster care. She is a big fan of treat puzzles! She has been challenged with several different types and she is quick to figure out how to get her dinner out of the puzzle. Chloe has gained a great amount of self-confidence while in foster and I believe that she will continue to gain a stronger sense of self once she is in her furever home with her people.   Chloe is being fostered in Onondaga, MI Please contact tammybuehrer@gmail.com if you have any questions about Chloe.  You can complete an application to adopt Chloe or any of the dogs on our website at www.comebyebcrescue.org .    ***  The potential adopter will get a refund on the Application Fee if it’s determined by the Foster Parent that it’s not a good match for the dog and the dog for them, if we do not process their application.   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 9, 2026, 2:31 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Ellen – Your Sweet Shadow Ellen is a gentle, tricolor Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler mix who’s about 9 years old. Petite at just 35 pounds, she’s the perfect size for snuggles and companionship. Ellen has already proven her resilience—after overcoming mammary issues and healing beautifully from her spay, she’s ready to enjoy the good life with a loving family. What makes Ellen special Sweet & Loyal: Ellen loves to follow her people everywhere, always eager to be part of whatever you’re doing. Dog-Friendly: She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, making her a great fit for multi-pet households. Affectionate Companion: Ellen adores giving kisses, rubbing against her humans, and soaking up massages around her neck and face. Couch Potato or Shadow: Left alone, she’s happy to relax quietly, but she’ll also trail you from room to room to keep you in sight. Family-Friendly: Ellen loves everyone—including children—and greets new people with friendliness. Low Energy: Due to age, she’s calm and easygoing, with modest exercise needs. Special Considerations: Ellen is hearing impaired, stairs can be tricky for her, and she hasn’t been tested with cats—but her foster believes she’d do fine with them. Ellen’s Ideal Home Ellen is the kind of dog who will quietly brighten your days with her gentle presence and unconditional love. She’s happiest in a home where she can be near her humans, enjoying a relaxed lifestyle filled with affection.
