Story
We adopted Benson from the Animal Welfare League of Kosciusko in 2022. At that time it was estimated Benson was somewhere between the age of 3 or 4. Benson is a sweet dog and very trainable, but he is a bit anxious. With a steady and loving hand I think he would really come out of his shell. He can be a cuddle bug, but he also needs space to run and play. Benson gets extremely anxious around children. But seems to be fine with adults once he has some time to get to know them. Benson needs a home with a lot of patience and love. He doesn't travel well in the car, tends to be car sick, and seems to do best with a companion.

Story
100% muscle and love this dog is looking for his perfect home! A home with a family who wants to itch my butt and cuddle on the couch. I like chewing on bones and going for walks. I enjoy the company of the staff here but would really love a family of my own. While not much is known about my past because I came in as a stray I have been nothing but sweet since I have been here. Its unknown if I am potty trained but I really keep my cage clean so they feel like I may be potty trained but cant say for sure. I am very very strong so hold on tight, my leash manners defiantly could use some work so please be prepared to use those muscles to walk me until I learn to walk like the good citizen I am. A home with a dog who will play but settle when I'm done will be best. Please no cats in my home because I will defiantly want to chase! If you are looking for a loving muscle bound man to join your family please stop out and see me!!Give the shelter a call at (574) 267-3008 or email them at info@awlwarsaw.com if you have any questions about me! If not, stop by the shelter at 1048 S 325 E in Pierceton, IN 46562 to look at me! No appointments necessary!

Story
Hi, I'm Nyx and I'm the sweetest girl. I came into the shelter as a stray so not much is known about my past. The staff says I love walks and to play. I have lots of energy so I would love a home with lots to do and a big yard. I may be a lot for young kids, although I'm really nice I have so much energy I may knock over small children. Take me on a walk and I'm sure you will fall in love with my loving personality!Give the shelter a call at (574) 267-3008 or email them at info@awlwarsaw.com if you have any questions about me! Story
Hi there! I'm Zora and I am 5 years old. I am a sweet girl that is very loving and cuddly once I get to know you! I am a little wary of strangers, but when I realize you are not going to hurt me or my people, we are good! I do very well with kids! I can be hyper when I want to but for the most part, I am just a chill gal. While I am not a fan of other dogs, I have successfully lived with a cat before!Give the shelter a call at (574) 267-3008 or email them at info@awlwarsaw.com if you have any questions about me!
