Story
Meet Clyde! 🐶⚡ Clyde is a lovable, high-energy sweetheart who’s just looking for someone to soak up all his love—and he’s got plenty to give! He adores people of all ages, including kids, and is always ready to be the center of attention. Whether it’s belly rubs or full-body snuggles, Clyde is here for it. He’s been struggling a bit in the shelter environment and would thrive in a home that gives him the structure (and cuddles!) he craves. He’ll need some leash work—this boy loves to pull—but with consistent training, he’ll make a fantastic adventure buddy. Clyde did fine during his cat test and could possibly live with a tolerant female dog who won’t mind his lack of canine manners. Like all of our adoptable pets, Clyde is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. If you’re ready for a fun, affectionate, and slightly wild best friend, Clyde’s your guy! 🐾💙

Story
Meet Finn!  Finn is a goofy, higher-energy guy who absolutely adores people and lives for attention. He’s a total lovebug with adults but is still learning how to interact appropriately—no small kids for this guy, as he tends to get overly excited and may nip during play. It’s never mean-spirited, but he just doesn’t know his own strength or boundaries. Finn struggles with anxiety in the shelter and spends much of his time licking his kennel walls. He’s currently on medication (trazodone) to help manage his stress, but what he really needs is a stable, loving home to help him decompress. Despite his quirks and anxious habits, Finn is a go-with-the-flow kind of dog once he feels safe. He does okay with most dogs, though he can be a little selective, and he is definitely not a fan of cats—he will chase them without hesitation. Speaking of chasing, Finn also has a strong urge to chase cars, so a fenced-in yard is a must to keep him safe. There’s not a ton going on upstairs for this silly boy—but we love him for it. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion with a few goofy habits and a whole lot of heart, Finn just might be your perfect match. Finn is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and heartworm negative.

Story
Meet Shadow! Shadow is a resilient soul who’s come a long way from a past of abuse and neglect. Understandably, he’s still learning how to trust, and he’ll need a patient, experienced adopter who’s willing to go at his pace. Shadow is especially wary of men and would do best in a calm, adult-only home where he can feel safe and supported. Once he warms up, Shadow proves to be a loyal and protective companion. He’s great on a leash, handles baths just fine, and gets along well with both cats and other dogs. Shadow is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and heartworm negative. With time, love, and stability, he has the potential to blossom into an incredibly devoted best friend. If you’re looking for a gentle soul to nurture and grow with, Shadow may be your perfect match.

Good with kids, Good with cats,
Story
Meet Lucille! Lucille is a big, beautiful senior girl with a heart full of love. Originally adopted from us back in 2017, she’s found her way back through no fault of her own and is once again searching for her forever home. She adores people and has a wonderfully gentle nature. Though she can be a little shy at first, she quickly warms up and shows just how sweet she is. Her previous owner mentioned she could be reactive on leash with other dogs, but we haven’t seen that here—she’s been calm and well-behaved. She’s also fine with cats and would likely do well with respectful children. Lucille is a smart, well-trained lady who knows several commands including sit, stay, come, down, off, and stop. She was kennel trained in her previous home, never destructive, and continues to have great manners here. While she’s not overly playful, Lucille loves treats, enjoys a little pumpkin added to her meals, and would be happiest spending her days relaxing by your side. If you’re looking for a gentle, loyal senior who just wants to love and be loved, Lucille is your girl.

Story
Meet Bea — a quirky, loving little companion who just wants to be close to her people. Bea is a social girl who thrives on human attention and will happily jump right into your arms for affection. She loves car rides, enjoys hanging out with her favorite humans, and prefers being part of whatever you’re doing. According to her previous owner, Bea was fine with cats, though she did enjoy playfully chasing them and grumbled a bit if a cat got too close to her face. She has never lived with dogs, so slow introductions or a dog-free home may be best. She does well with kids, but older children who understand boundaries would be a better fit for her personality. Leash time is an adjustment for Bea — she can be snippy when a leash is being put on, and we suspect her previous owner may not have leash-trained her at all. With patience, positive exposure, and a gentle approach, she can absolutely learn. Bea isn’t very treat-motivated, but she is extremely people-motivated — she wants to be by your side, in your lap, and part of a family again. If you’re looking for a devoted companion with a little sass and a whole lot of heart, Bea might be the perfect match.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Meet Titan! Titan is a sweet, playful boy with a huge heart and an even bigger personality. He came from a neglect situation but has blossomed into an affectionate, talkative companion who loves showing off his goofy side. Titan enjoys playing ball, going for walks, getting treats, and is fantastic on a leash. He’s also great with kids and loves being part of the action. Titan is currently heartworm positive and has begun treatment. He can be adopted while undergoing treatment, but he will need a calm, quiet home where he can safely recover and stick to his medical plan. His adopter will need to help him take it easy—no rough play or high activity until he’s cleared. Titan has done well with puppies and may be okay with smaller dogs, but he doesn’t do well with larger dogs. He also isn’t a match for a home with cats, as he becomes very tense around them. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. Titan is ready for a patient, loving family who can offer him a safe recovery and the happy life he truly deserves.
