Story
August West was rescued from the city in August 2020 and has had a loving and peaceful home upstate ever since. He's about 6 years old - very obedient, loyal and well trained. He loves to cuddle and apart from one or two walks/day he mostly just lays around the house. He would do best in a home without children or other pets. Someone who can give him the love and attention he so deserves.

Story
Reintroducing Marcy! Just look at this girl and please share her. Marcy came into our program last May after surviving parvo and being attacked in the shelter. She was adopted in Sept and returned in Jan after her mom had a terrible accident. When she returned we felt her scar was suspect so we did a biospy which ended up being negative. We also reached to Taylor’d K9 Training for some help as Marcy had some fear and we always do what is best for our pups regardless of the cost. She has been in board and train and flourishing. Just look at her resume. Things Marcy can do- Sit/stay Down/stay Leash walk like a champ Comfortable in stores Place Great for baths and nails Treadmill trained Things Marcy is working on- Recall AKC Canine Good Citizen title AKC Trick Title She is house broken, crate trained, but still have some fear with tiny humans so we will not be placing in a home with same kids. She will not go to a rental situation or electric fence. Marcy is incredibly special and we know her home is out there. She turned 1 in Jan, is a pitte, and around 60 pounds. We ask that you share her far and wide as she deserves to have her forever after like other dogs. Interested in her? Please apply on www.loveforcanines.com She is fully up to date with all her medical, attends Camp Belly Rub, and is a love bug!

Story
Meet Cole! Cole is a sweet boy that loves to cuddle. This love bug is 5 years old and around 13 pounds, loves the car, leash trained as well. He loves toys and exploring the fenced yard at his foster mom's house. Cole is 98% housebroken with an occasional accident but rain might have been a factor in the couple of accidents he had. He is not a huge fan of rain and doesn't want to get his hair wet. Cole just wants to be with his person and get all the loving you are willing to give. He is in foster with small dogs and doing wonderfully. He is not crated during the day when his foster mom is at work. He would be a nice second dog or an only! He is in foster in Kingston and you must be willing to drive to meet him. Application accepted at www.loveforcanines.com

Meet Luna! This SWEET girl is looking for her forever home. She is whopping 4 pounds and she looks like a younger version of Peggy Sue! Grace joked that Peggy Sue could be her grandma. Anything is possible in rescue. See the photo of the two with me for size difference. So far no issues with other dogs and she sleeps with Grace. She can be a little barky so no apartments/condos for this young lady.. She doesn't need to be crated she is in general pop when Grace works. Available at Nothing But Love Canine Foundation! Paloma (tan and white) is a bit reserved and needs a bit of patience and a little time before she starts to show a bit of her personality. She loves attention and getting belly rubs. Paloma is very sweet and laid back. She enjoys testing out the various dog beds spread throughout the house. She is 4 years old and 10 pounds. We think papillion mix of sorts. Story
Pancho (black and white) is a little more outgoing than Paloma and absolutely loves getting all the attention and snuggles he can get. He can be a bit unsure at times but just wants to be with his person. He likes to follow you around and investigate. He is 3 and also 10 pounds. We think a papillion mix of sorts. Surrendered from the same home, not bonded. They CAN be adopted together or separate BUT we are not placing as an only in either home... Both dogs love giving kisses and just lounging near their humans. Please apply on our website www.loveforcanines.com Want to help us help MORE dogs?
