Story
He is a very sweet but active boy and I work long hours now so I need to find a good home where he can get the attention he needs. He is well trained and knows tons of commands as well as hand signals. I have multiple harnesses, muzzle, collars, electronic remote, apple tag, bowls and beds for him as well. Must understand malinois. Hes very high energy. You need to have a fenced in yard for him to run in daily. I would also need to meet the owner and see where he would live to make sure its a good fit. He is 4 yrs old and super social but very defensive of his owner and home so you must act accordingly.

Story
Moonpie was minutes away from Euthanasia when a kind foster stepped up and saved her. And we couldn't be happier! She is such a love!  She is very affectionate and loves belly rubs and kisses. She enjoys the company of other dogs but needs one that can play with her. She would love to have a constant canine companion.  She is very food motivated and loves chew toys and to chase tennis balls.  She would probably do best with kids over 8 years of age due to her exuberant greeting style.  To meet this beatiful girl, please apply today! She will great you with a hug and a kiss and be so glad to meet you!  ##1850146##

Story
Panamera and Carrera are 5 month old female Catahoula mixes that were picked up together as strays by animal control, in East TN. These lucky girls were taken in by Paws Rescue League and have secured their freedom ride to New England, to find their furever homes! Both girls are good with cats - they are both in foster homes with cats.  Carrera is a pretty girl with the cutest black speckles on her face and paws, weighing about 23 lbs currently. She is expected to grow to a medium sized dog. She is spayed, medically up to date, housebroken, and crate trained. Carrera is described by her foster mom as "super sweet and friendly"! She is good with other dogs, all people, and kids. She is also totally unphased by the cat living in the home, so would be fine in a home with a dog-friendly cat.  If you are looking for a little sweetheart who will love you forever, Carrera is your girl!   ##1960728##

Story
Sally is the sweetest 2 year female spayed lab mix, weighing about 40 lbs. She was saved from the KILL SHELTER in TN in the middle of October 2023. She was heavily pregnant about to burst. Sally gave birth to 11 healthy puppies the next day. Whom we named the Nightmare Before Christmas litter, as they arrived JUST before Halloween, and they would be ready for their FURever homes JUST before Christmas!  Sally's puppies were transported to New England in December and all but one of them have already been adopted into loving homes. Now it's mama Sally's turn!  Sally is medically up to date, housebroken, and crate trained. She is good with other dogs, kids, and people (not cat tested). She is very very shy and scared at first when meeting new people/new situations. She does not have a mean or aggressive bone in her body, but she has obviously had a very hard past and she needs time to feel safe. She is a super sweet, loving dog, but so scared. Sally needs a gentle and patient human who will allow her time to decompress and learn to trust. She is worth the wait!  From Sally's TN foster:  "Sally is the sweetest girl once she warms up to you! She gets so excited to see me when I first wake up. She gets tippy taps for food and treats and she has full body wiggles! She does hide under the bed and gets spooked quite easily. She definitely prefers one person, but she eventually starts to feel comfy with others. She’s the best little girl and if I could keep her, I would!" ##1947283##

Story
Noel is a handsome 7 month old neutered male Golden Retriever/Great Pyr mx. He and his sister Joy were born on a farm (mom and dad were GR and GP) and the family dumped them both at a neighbor's residence. The neighbor wasnt able to keep them and she looked fo a rescue who would take them in. We took Joy and Noel in, and had them fully vetted, and fixed. The needed grooming very badly, they were both covered in burrs. Noel is good with kids, cats, dogs, pigs, goats, and horses (since they lived on a farm they had lots of exposure). Since he's been in rescue he has been around multiple dogs his size and smaller than him, and he has done wonderful with them all.   He weighs about 60lbs, and will probably grown to be about 70-80lbs is our best educated guess. He is potty trained and crate trained.  Noel arrives in New England on 12/30 and is hoping to find his furever home just in time for the New Year! ##1892389##

Story
Meet Pierogi (Dolly), a super sweet 2 year old spayed female miniature lab mix, weighing a small, 50 lbs! Dolly is a pretty girl with the Dudley lab coloring (pink/light colored nose and eye rims, and light brown eyes). She is a goofy, fun, excitable gal who is very food motivated, which makes training easy! She is quite smart, and has learned "sit", "down", "wait", and "come" while in her CT foster home. She also walks well on leash. Dolly is extremely friendly and kind with all people and other dogs. She has not been cat tested, but she does have a high prey drive and chases squirrels and small birds. Dolly loves kids, however, due to her size and excitability, we do not recommend children under 8, as she may unintentionally knock over a small child. She would love an active family or a family with another dog. From Dolly's New England foster: "She LOVES toys and loves to play! She is toy and food motivated and loves all dogs and all people. She doesn't love the crate, but will go in there and be quiet while she waits to be let out."  Dolly is ready to be loved forever, and she will return the sentiment, as she has LOTS of love to give! She can't wait to meet her furever family!  ##1912804##
