Story
Floof is a beautiful, sweet, cuddly guy who is beloved by our family, but unfortunately we do not have the time, money, or experience required to care for him considering his special needs. He suffers from severe separation anxiety and requires the constant presence of a pal and unfortunately we are gone during work hours which are around 10 hour days. When left alone he is destructive to our new home (he was outside at the original home) and himself. Due to the self harm he is on Trazadone and Prozac, but it just makes him sleepy rather than actually affecting his underlying issues. He desperately needs someone who can be there with him, because when he has company we really have no issues with him he just cuddles, sleeps, and wants to play. We cannot afford professional training or a fenced in yard in this new home (he did good where we lived last that did have one) or to be there with him like he needs. Adoption fee is if new vaccinations are requested

Story
Lucy is a gentle, sweet Border Collie mix who is about 9–10 years old. We adopted her from a shelter near Pittsburgh about eight years ago, and she has been a calm and loyal companion ever since. Lucy is a very mild-mannered dog who rarely barks and has never shown any aggression. She has grown up around our three children and has always been incredibly patient and tolerant. Lucy is a low-energy dog who prefers relaxing to running or playing. She would do best in a quiet home where someone is around more often to give her the attention and companionship she deserves. Due to our family’s increasingly busy schedule with work and kids’ activities, we are not home enough to provide the time and consistency she needs. Lucy is generally healthy and affectionate, and she would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a calm, easygoing dog to share their home with.

Story
Meet Nori (Norrin) he's about 4 year old Akita/Malamute that, unfortunately, I'm looking to rehome. He does not do good with other males (he tends to get aggressive) but, has lived with a female dog for some time. I still think he would be better as a one dog household. He's fantastic around kids/people and is very quick to hug anyone and everyone. it's just other dogs he gets dicey with. I would prefer someone that's work from home or retired with a decent sized fenced yard he can burn out some energy in. He had his initial vax shots when he was close to 1 and he's been nurtured. He's a massive cuddle bug and always wants to be around people. He's potty trained but will act out from time to time if he's not getting enough attention. He can be stubborn, is food driven, and lately has been escaping out of the house on me, but, I believe that's because I went down to a 1 adult household and haven't been able to give him the attention he needs.
