This is Mikey. Mikey was surrendered to my from an owner who could not care for him anymore as he was sick with cancer. Mikey is about 2-3 years old. Alittle shy at first but super loving. He just wanted to be by your side and will even sleep on your head if you let him. He can always make you laugh and is amazing with my other 3 dogs! He is good with kids as well and very smart.

He’s adorable, loving, playful, and has a personality that will make you fall in love with him. He deserves a home filled with love, attention, and care. This is a tough decision for me because I care about him and want the best for him. Unfortunately, my schedule has become too busy, and I don’t have anyone to help me take care of him the way he deserves. I don’t want him to miss out on the time, attention, and companionship he needs. I’m looking for someone who will treat him like family, give him plenty of love, and provide him with a safe, happy home. ❤️🐾 He’s more than a pet, he’s a companion, and I want to make sure he goes to the right person. Bert is a 5 year old loving guy. Half German Shepherd and quarter Border Collie/Beagle. He loves his person/people and wants to be included in everything they are doing. It breaks our hearts to have to rehome him. He has always sorta been anxious around children and we have a toddler who he was always fine with until recently. We have another on the way and just feel it’s best for everyone if he finds a new home without any children around. He may take a little time to warm up to new friends and we will absolutely be willing to do meet and greets to get him more comfortable before being rehomed. We have another male dog he is okay with for the most part but if he is going to be with another dog in the home, female would probably be best. We had a cat that he avoided so not sure how he would do with another one. Will come with crate, food, bowls, and some flea/tick medicine.
