He has been in boarding around 12 months now and is looking for a foster or FTA home that will allow him to learn how to be a member of a loving family and show him the patience and kindness all animals deserve. Jojo enjoys being with a person, he wants to cuddle and be pet, loves going for walks and is up for any adventure.

As you can see from his pictures, Freedom has endured a lot of pain in his short life. When he wasn't stuck living outside in that small area, he was stuck in cage in a dark basement. Freedom has lived in isolation his entire life until being seized as part of a cruelty case in Youngstown, OH. Freedom will need an experienced foster or FTA family that will give him time to trust and learn humans are not all bad and will not hurt him because of this we feel he would do best right now in a home with no small kids or cats. Dogs can be tested with current resident dog.

We welcomed our Bernedoodle into our family six years ago and have loved her dearly since she was a puppy. She is spayed, house-trained, and has grown up with children and cats. She is gentle, affectionate, and very people-oriented, always happiest when she is close to her humans. She has a sweet, loyal personality with a playful, goofy side. She enjoys attention, companionship, and having a routine. Like many Bernedoodles, she has energy and benefits from regular engagement and structure. Due to recent family medical challenges, we are no longer able to provide the level of time and consistency she deserves. We are looking for a calm, stable home where she can receive love, routine, and attention. She would do well with a family or individual who understands her breed and wants a devoted companion. Adjectives that describe her: sweet, gentle, loyal, playful, affectionate, sensitive, and loving. This decision is being made with her best interests at heart.

Meet Jamison This poor boy was adopted from the rescue as a puppy. A couple years later he was returned due to a divorce. He came back to the shelter scared of new people and unsure of dogs. The volunteers worked with him to build his confidence back up and he was adopted again to only be returned a year later due to another separation.
