Hello! I am new to the shelter! Please keep checking my profile for updates as the staff gets to know me better! If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings. Dogs are individuals and have personality conflicts, just like us. Play groups do not guarantee that territorial or resource guarding issues will not surface in the home. While play groups do help us get to know the dog`s better, once they are adopted their new environments and new relationships will influence their behavior in ways we cannot predict. The Adoption Fee Includes:- initial canine distemper combination vaccination- first worming or stool check- rabies vaccination (for animals over 3 months of age)- 24 Petwatch microchipping- flea treatment/preventative- spaying or neutering-heartworm testingAdoption fee: $135.00Per state law, ALL ADOPTERS must purchase a non-refundable 2025 dog license at time of adoption for any canine three months and older. The cost of the license is $9.20. (Senior Citizen or Person with Disability-$7.20)Leash and collar included

Story
Hello! I am Nebula! I am a sweet little lady ready for a forever home. I was found outside with my pittie family, very skinny and needing lots of love. I love pets and snuggling in, going on walks, and spending time with my people. I am pretty laid back and cuddly! I am very smart and would enjoy learning new things! I am best friends with everyone at the shelter, but I can be nervous around men I don`t know, so I do usually require a few meet and greets with a new fella before I give lots of cuddles and kisses. I will do best in a home with teens and up, and no small animals. I love treats and my little tail goes thump, thump, thump when I see you have a goodie for me! Come meet me today if you are looking for a forever snuggle bug!If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings. Story
Hello! I am Lady! I am spunky, affectionate, and full of energy! I am an active girlie looking for a family to keep up with me. I love to play, go on adventures, and run all around. I would adore a fenced yard where I can burn off some energy, but it isn`t required. I am smart and enjoy learning new things to keep my mind busy! I am still learning manners and can be rude (jumping on you to say hello), but the staff think that with training, lots of love, and a family who can wear me out, I`ll be the most polite lady in no time. I go to playgroup here with dogs and enjoy romping around with them. Need a new bestie? Come meet me today! If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings. Dogs are individuals and have personality conflicts, just like us. Play groups do not guarantee that territorial or resource guarding issues will not surface in the home. Story
Hello! I am Claire. I am a sweet girl looking for a forever home. I arrived as a stray and was very nervous; this place is full of new smells, new sights, and so many new people. It took me a little bit of time to warm up and make friends, but I have found my favorite humans already and simply adore them! I will jump right up into their arms for hugs. I will need a family who understands that the world feels scary to me sometimes and work with me to help build my confidence. I love a good snack and have found my favorite humans always have hotdogs or cheese to share...I am full of love and so ready for a forever home. Come meet me today! If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings.
