Story
Biscuit is the sweetest girl with the absolute most energy! Unfortunately she’s just to energetic to be around my young children and other senior dog, she needs someone who has lots of time to dedicate to her, best in a one pet house hold Or an experienced owner that can give her the best life. I love her but she needs better than me.

Story
Rockie was adopted by me and my boyfriend as a puppy back in 2018 from a former coworker worker. He was born late October of 2017 and adopted Valentine's day 2018 as a companion for our black labrador mix.More back story added June 2026》Our lab passed away a few weeks after I gave birth to my son which left Rockie as our only dog. A few years went bye and we got another puppy, which didn't work out and we rehomed to a family members best friend. Now he is alone again. Getting older and slowing down a bit. (My toddler is almost 5 yrs old now and has a speech delay and behavioral issues. Which takes most of our focus.) We love Rockie and want him rehomed where he can run in a big fenced in yard with grass and trees, we currently have a middle sized fenced area outside with a sidewalk and pea-sized gravel.

JULIO'S ADOPTION FEE HAS BEEN SPONSORED! Julio is a 2-year-old sweetheart whose adoption fee has been generously sponsored by a supporter who wants to help him find the loving home he deserves. That means there is NO adoption fee for his approved adopter. Please note: An adoption application is still required Applicants must be approved through our normal adoption process Dreamys adoption fee is simply being covered by his sponsor Hi, I'm Julio! I made a long journey all the way from Puerto Rico to come to DDR, and now I'm a guest at Boujee Barn Pet Resort while I wait for my forever family. Around here, I'm known as the good time guy and for good reason! I'm always happy, always wagging, and I love everyone I meet. Other dogs? Instant friends. You can never have too many, right? I'm also a pretty tidy guy. My room stays nice and clean because I'm not a fan of messes. I love to play ball (I could chase it all day), but I also have a soft side. Sometimes all I want is to cuddle up with my human and soak in the love. Oh, And I'm an excellent car rider. If you're looking for a co-pilot, Ill happily ride shotgun wherever life takes us. I've been waiting a long time for a family of my own... Forever family, are you out there? If interested in Julio the first step is to fill an application at www.ddrinc.net. K.L.# 19086

Story
Pittsburgh, PA Meet Marley — or Mar Mar if you’re lucky enough to be in his inner circle. ❤️ Marley is an English Bulldog/Beagle who is somewhere between 7–9 years young, Marley is proof that it’s never too late for a fresh start. 🥰 This handsome guy found himself at a shelter after his family moved and chose not to take him along. When Marley arrived, life had clearly been hard on him — he was severely overweight, and even short walks were a struggle. When we got the call asking if DDR could help, there was only one answer: absolutely. Once Marley arrived at DDR, we got to work helping him feel his best. A visit to our veterinarian revealed that Marley’s thyroid levels were so low they barely registered. After starting thyroid medication, this sweet boy has already made amazing progress — his levels are now right where they should be, and he’s already down 5 pounds (go Marley!) 🎉 Marley will need to stay on his thyroid medication for life and have routine monitoring, but trust us when we say: he is worth every bit of it. Marley’s favorite thing in the world? People. He truly has never met a stranger and loves everyone he meets. He would likely do wonderfully with children and is happiest when he’s near his humans soaking up love and attention. As for furry friends, Marley gets along with most dogs, but a meet-and-greet would be required. He wouldn’t be the best fit with another dominant male dog. After everything Marley has been through, we know his perfect forever family is out there — one that will love him exactly the way he deserves and remind him every day that he’ll never be left behind again. Could Marley be the missing piece to your family? 🐾. If interested, the first step is to fill an application at www.ddrinc.net PA K.L. #19086
