Story
Meet Hushpuppy! 2-3 years old/45 lbs Hushpuppy is a very loving girl, she wants to be by your side constantly. She loves to cuddle in bed with her legs up in the air. She does well with small dogs and cats. The current foster has very confident cats who don't run at the sight of a dog, however, if the cats do get the zoomies Hushpuppy does get a bit excited and try to chase. So would do best in a home with chill and confident cats. She likes to play and would benefit from a dog her size to play with. She is very very smart and is eager to please, just needs more time and intentional training. She would do best with a household who is home majority of the time. Hushpuppy does well on a leash! Very chill, with little to no pulling. Apply to adopt rosierescue.org

Story
This girl is incredible. Imagine this.... Your first experience with humans was terrible. Callie and her sister were trapped by a human and left in a kennel outside to live day in and day out....Never once being given proper care or human love....Never once being held or petted. Never once knowing what love is. Just living in a crate scared and enduring the worst that the weather and life brought to her. Once animal control got word, they had to go get them in a rainstorm and almost couldn't due to flooding. They were trapped in that kennel in the rain. THIS GIRL deserves the world. She deserves to know that the world isn't so cruel. Can you do that? Callie loves her toys, snuggling, and chewing (ha puppy vibes!). It takes a while for her to warm up to people, but once she does, she's a super sweet, cuddly, and loving girl. Callie needs a home that is patient and has experience with shy / reserve dogs. She is fully potty trained and sleeps well in her crate at night. Callie would do best with a fenced in yard and with other dogs who can show her the ropes. She's a sweet girl who, with time and training, has great potential to be someone's forever companion. She prefers male dogs to female however that isn't to say your female she wouldn't get along with (Us ladies can be selective ya know?! ). Her fosters have done incredible but it's time for her to fly. BONUS: Callie knows sit, lay down, and paw!!! 45lbs / 11 months / fully vetted. Apply at rosierescue.org

ASHER IS AWESOME! This sweet pup is such a love. He's happy, great with other dogs and fully ready to go! Asher's first few months of his life were spent outside with his sister. he spent many nights scared and alone. Now he's in a home spending his days with foster furry friends and human ones too! Everyday Asher is learning the ropes of how to walk on a leash and be the best version of himself. From his foster: "Hello everyone meet Asher, he is less than one year old. He came to us confused and scared of anything in our home and well as us. Asher needs a lot of love and patience but he will come around and when he does he is full of love, cuddles and accidental puppy nibbling when he his kissing. He would do best in a home with another dog our dogs have opened his personality up. He is still learning leash walking, potty training, as well as getting comfortable to people. Ready to help a puppy grow and bring more happiness into your home? Another dog is a must! 8 months old. 35lbs. Apply rosierescue.org

Story
Sizzle "Let me introduce you to my sweet foster girl, Sizzle. Miss Sizzle is a very quiet, loving lady about 3-5 years old. Sizzle came from an overcrowded city shelter. She was suffering from malnutrition, and had horrible skin issues due to Demodex and flea allergies. The pads of her feet were raw. She obviously had been over bred. Sizzle has progressed beautifully. She gained 10 lbs and weighs a curvy 45 lbs. Sizzle does well with other dogs. She currently lives with a 65 lb male and 2 small females. I do suggest a slow introduction to new dogs. She is crate trained (loves staying in her crate with the door open) housetrained, and doggie door trained. She is not a counter surfer or escape artist. She has come a long way in 2 months. She has learned to sit on command and we are making progress on the stay command. She is very food driven which makes training easier. She supervises my every step when I'm doing chores. She is very attentive to me, but not dependent."- Gloria Isn't she gorgeous? Sizzle deserves to be someone's furever companion. Story
Penny Found at the feet of her owner who passed away in her home, sweet penny has been through it! Penny and her brother ended up in a rural shelter after her only owner and home she ever had, was gone. We ran to their rescue and both are thriving in foster homes!! They weren't a bonded pair and since Penny is our senior gal, we wanted to get her medical conditions under control. Penny is up for adoption. We are guessing she is between the ages of 8-10 years old. She will need a dental once adopted. We have been focused on getting her healing and her skin better. And LOOK a at her now From her foster: She's mirrors the other dogs in welcoming me home by greeting me at the door with excitement. She spends most of her time relaxing in the sun by the window. She is very chill. Penny is food motivated. Using small treats she has been trained to use a doggie door. She is our shadow and doing incredible. She has thrived so much since the scared first day when we got her. Apply at rosierescue.org Licked Pet Photography
