Story
Eden is a rare all white purebred Siberian husky with one blue eye and one brown eye. She loves going to the dog park, walking the beach, and cuddling at night. She loves looking at herself in the mirror which makes me laugh. She needs exercise and some training. She will do best with adults and older children who can give her lots of play and love. She is current on all vaccines; crate trained and walks well on a leash.

Story
Koda is a labrador mix (not sure what he is mixed with). He was born in February 2025 so he is about 11 months old. He is up to date with his shots and is on flea, tick and heartworm meds. He has lots of energy so he would be great with someone who could walk him daily or that has a yard to play in. He is a sweet boy and is good with other dogs and children. We would love to find Koda a new home with lots of love. My landlord will not let me keep him.

Story
Sebastian or Bash is 8 years, he has been with us since puppyhood. Hes a red Merle, super fluffy and cuddly. He is very active, needing a fenced-in yard and space to run and play. True to a shepherd, he loves to chase and jump. He doesnt nip at our heels but will try to correct you if you run off or leave the herd which can result in nipping-like behavior in certain occasions. He plays rough and shakes toys or his bed and wants to play tug of war. Bash is very sweet and overly excitable but can be too rambunctious for kids or some adults. He takes his protector job very seriously and will bark at noises, or people around the house or at the door. He knows many tricks and learns quickly when prompted with treats. He does well on leash but will try to chase squirrels. He is fine with some dogs but does not like others- its not clear why. Bash would do best in a home with older kids or adults that can give him daily exercise, play and love and keep up with consistent training

Story
Indy was adopted from a shelter in Paso Robles, California in 2020. She loves the outdoors and spends most of her time patrolling the yard. Having a large property would benefit her as she loves to have room to run. She is very protective and will bark at anything that comes around. Also she is known to hunt a lizard or snake if it happens to be in the yard. She sees herself as the sheriff of the property. She listens incredibly well to commands. She loves people though it takes her a minute to warm up to strangers, she always does. As far as dogs she will bark heavily at first and be skeptical but eventually will come around. She has never bitten another animal or person. Any critter that comes around the property however she will attack. She has never been around cats so I cannot speak for that.

Story
Meet MaCherie (French for “My Darling”) — and once you know her, you’ll understand how perfectly her name fits. MaCherie is a happy, affectionate young dog who forms deep, meaningful bonds with her people. She can be timid in new situations, but she truly wants to connect. Give her a little time, and she blossoms into a devoted companion who loves being part of the action and staying close to her person. She’ll happily follow you from room to room, just to see what you’re up to. She’s the best mix of playful and calm. MaCherie enjoys toys, chewing on bones, training with treats, and getting her energy out in the yard or on walks — and then she’s perfectly content to curl up nearby and snooze, preferably with her head resting on your foot. About MaCherie: - Female, spayed, ~48 lbs, excellent health - Shy at first, then very people-focused and affectionate - Curious, intelligent, and eager to learn - Athletic with real agility potential - Fully housebroken - Well-behaved in the car - Knows “sit,” “shake,” “here,” and “get in your crate” - Respectful of boundaries — stays off furniture (except her beloved porch futon) - Playful and engaged: loves toys, bones, treats, and whatever you’re doing - May coexist with the right dog after slow, structured introductions MaCherie will thrive in an active, but not chaotic home where she can be included and gain confidence at her own pace. She is not a good fit for homes with cats due to her strong prey drive, or small children due to her strength and enthusiasm. She’s looking for a canine savvy, patient adopter who enjoys training and working with an intelligent, athletic rescue dog. MaCherie genuinely wants to do the right thing and looks to her person for guidance — when she bonds with you, she gives her whole heart. Give her time, a little training, and a sunny spot to lounge, and MaCherie will reward you with unwavering loyalty and love. Happy is a super energetic and sweet dog. He is pretty good with kiddos but still has that puppy like behavior. He loves bones to chew on. An ideal home for him would have a big backyard so he can run around. He a little less then a year old. Sweet, energetic, and smart
