Story
Bandit was adopted in Feb 2025 by my elderly dad. He was told he would only get 20lbs. He is about 45-50. He is SUPER sweet, still a bit rambunctious but calms quickly. He might have some golden retriever because he is a Velcro dog! He loves when my son goes over there to play. He is good with other dogs (so far a small border collie) but hasn't been exposed to cats. He doesn't care about the squirrels and bunnies in the back yard. He is outside during the day and inside at night. He is a talker! He will still tear some things up like a paper plate if my dad leaves it on the floor. My dad is going in for an emergency vascular procedure and will be in the hospital for 12 days. Then to a rehab, then to a senior home. I already have my max for my community so I cannot take him. He will come fully updated on vaccines and 1 year of heartworm preventative/flea tick protection.

Story
Birdie is a 5 year old Lab. We adopted her from the shelter when she was a baby and have raised her. She is fully potty trained, leash trained and responds to her name. Waits to be fed if you make her sit and say “good girl”. She is very loving and energetic. Loves activity but also knows how to relax. She is an excellent swimmer, loves tug-of-war or fetch! No behavioral issues that we know. Has never been around cats. Has been around other dogs and responds well. I will say she doesn’t realize how big she is because my partner picks her up like a baby still haha. Never leave her with food unattended because she will eat herself sick. That includes tables because she’s a smart girl. She has no stop when it comes to food lol. She loves people so always wants to be around. Doesn’t chew on things anymore as long as she has a toy. She loves movies. Can go on car rides no issue. We love her so much and this breaks our heart. Hope we can find someone to love her as much as we love her.

Story
Ruby is a 6 month old black mouth cur (dad) and great Pyrenees (mom) mix. She is very sweet and active puppy. We have her and her sister and they do everything together. We think they will thrive better being trained and loved apart from each other. She has all of her shots except for the rabies one. She does sit when told. We crate trained for a while but then decided they would be outside dogs so she would need a little work to get it just right. She is smaller now but will be a big dog. Curs are great hunting dogs if you want to train her to do that. She is scared of our goats but curious at the same time.

Story
Luna is a loving, friendly girl. She loves to run and play. She needs a home where she can be active and trained. She is very curious and loves to get into our goat pin and bark at the goats. This is why we need to rehome her. We can not keep her out of there for more than a week and it stresses the goats out. She had some crate training but would need a refresh as she is an outside dog now. She doesn't do great on leash just yet either.
