Story
Hi, I'm Conan, a strapping young lad looking for my new family! My currently family took me in from the streets (I was found wandering a landfill). I live with 3 small children who I adore and love to play with. I also previously lived with a dog sibling who I enjoyed playing with! My favorite game is tug-o-war. I'm not much for fetch (at least not in terms of bringing the ball back) but I LOVE human affection. I'm super friendly and seek out pets and scritches from anyone who will give in to my puppy dogs eyes. Maybe that's you? Call the shelter to meet me today!

Story
Ranger belonged to our son who became very ill and we are re-homing for him. We are thoroughly enjoying Ranger; however, we are anxious for him to develop a relationship with his new family. He needs a family with other pets and a yard to play - he loves playing outside. He is very loving and affectionate and loves his naps. He is not a dominant dog.

Story
Sweet Maggie and her canine companion, Lucy, came to our shelter after living the transient life. Her skin isn't in the best shape (whose would be after life on the streets?) but she is receiving veterinary care and lots of TLC and her condition hasn't affected her demeanor one bit! This angelic girl and her emotional support tennis ball are just as calm as can be - gently exploring the yard and waiting for pets and snuggles. In true pittie fashion, Maggie spends her days snuggled in blankets and sleeping soundly. She appears to be potty-trained and is looking to grace your home with her presence (provided you have a fluffy, soft bed for her to lounge in)!

Story
Meet Stormy, a sweet and gentle girl who is just beside herself about being abandoned at the shelter. Despite her shy and mellow nature, Stormy has a sweet disposition behind her sad eyes. She may seem a bit shut down and scared at first, but with a little patience and a lot of love, we know her personality will blossom! Adopting Stormy means giving her a chance to flourish in a loving home where she can feel safe and cherished as she deserves. Her calm demeanor makes her the perfect companion for quiet evenings and peaceful walks - and she already walks nicely on a leash to boot! If your soul is in need of healing, consider making Stormy a part of your family and experience your own version of "who rescued who?"

Meet Twin! This fluffy boy loves car rides, walks nicely on leash, and is ready to explore the world with you! Young Twin is looking for a home where he can learn to be his best self. He's curious but friendly around cats and loves to play with other dogs. At just under a year old, Twin is working through his puppy phase and loves to learn new things. He's very interested in all the outdoors has to offer: birds, wind, grass - he wants to explore it all! Being part border collie also means he's super smart and ready to be top of the class! Twin loves the water and would love a home with a pool or where regular beach trips are a part of his routine. Are you the home this handsome boy is dreaming of? Come meet him today!

Story
Meet Ziggy. Six years old. Dog-friendly. Loyal. Waiting. For reasons we can't quite understand, this handsome man keeps getting passed by. Maybe it's because he's not a tiny puppy. Maybe it's because black dogs are too often overlooked in shelters. Maybe it's because the right person simply hasn't met him yet. What we do know is that every day he waits a little longer. Ziggy has lived in a home before. He doesn't understand why he's back in the shelter AGAIN. We don't have the heart to tell him that it's because his previous owner no longer has the time for him. Ziggy is all about fun - from playing in the yard, to splashing about at the beach, to joining you on errands about town! He's a playful guy who can turn any dull moment into a laugh fest. But shelter life has started to wear on him. The noise, the constant activity, the uncertainty—it would be hard on anyone. The bright, hopeful dog who arrived here is finding it harder to keep his spirits up. What he needs isn't another day in a kennel. He needs a couch, a routine, a family, and a reason to believe his future is still ahead of him! Will you be Ziggy's hero?
