George was found running the streets in December 2012. He was probably dumped. We started feeding him and finally decided to take him in. George is just precious! He loves his new home and is so happy. Even though he is a pit bull, he gets along with other dogs. We love George so much and can't believe anyone would want to abandon him.

I’m currently about 24 lbs and working toward my ideal weight of around 18 lbs, so daily walks and playtime will help keep me healthy and happy. Emberly is a great dog. She loves to be played with and loved on. She’s been around kids, other dogs and a cat. We have never had problems with her. She plays outside alot and is kennel trained. Unfortunately with our family traveling frequently, the children, and our work, we have struggled to keep giving her attention. She does just fine in the kennel for the time but we just want her to be able to play with a family that can love on her. - her shot could be not up to date any more we will be checking her info and taking her to the vet if so! She’s about to be 4 years old!

Lilly is about 3-4 years old. Her owner passed away. She was taken in by a caretaker who is no longer able to care for her. Lilly is very playful and sweet, but could use some extra attention in behavioral boundaries. She has been around other dogs. I have noticed that she seems fine around some dogs and not so fine around other dogs. I am not sure what her thought process is towards other dogs, but I know with time and attention she will make a great companion. She has not been around cats, so I cannot comment on cats. She has so much energy and loves to run. She’d make a great jogging partner or hunting dog! She also loves to sleep next to you in bed. She absolutely loves people and just wants to be your best friend!

Story

Eevee is a kind, loving dog 🐕. She loves kids and other dogs. She loves to cuddle on the couch and have lazy days. In her mind she is a big lap dog, weighing in at around 40lbs. We got Eevee back in the 2020 and at the time she was estimated to be around 2 years old. In the winter of 2021 she began having cluster seizure episodes. We went through years of adjusting medications to get her seizures under control. She has now been on the same regimen for the past year and seizure free for 6months! Due to changes in work and schedules we are unable to be home with her the amount of time she needs to thrive. Eevee would do best in a home with a family member who is home a majority of the day and not at work outside of the home for 8-9 hours. She is fully potty trained and lets you know when she needs to go outside by barking at the back door. She is one of the smartest and sweetest dogs I have ever met. ❤️
