Story
Coral is a resilient, sweet girl who is ready for her next chapter. She was found alone in a field in Galena Park severely emaciated and with several wounds, including injuries to her cheek and right eye. Thanks to the dedicated care from North Shore Animal Hospital, Coral has made an incredible recovery and continues to show everyone just how loving she is with every person she meets. Coral is blind in her right eye, but it causes her no pain and doesn’t slow her down. She loves squeaky toys and is great at playing fetch, happily bringing the toy back so you can throw it again. She rides like a queen in the car, knows how to sit on command, and has pretty good leash manners. She’s a gentle, affectionate dog who clearly enjoys being around people and getting the chance to run, play, and relax outside of the shelter environment. As we continue to learn more about her personality, we’ll be excited to share more about this special girl. Coral would thrive in a home or foster environment where she can continue to heal, feel safe, and be loved the way she deserves. 💛🐾
