Story
Juniper is a beautiful 7-month-old, 42-pound Labrador Retriever/Great Pyrenees mix who truly has it all—brains, beauty, and a loving personality!   This happy girl loves playing with her foster family’s dogs and is always ready for a puppy play session. When playtime is over, she’s just as content to curl up beside her people for cuddles and companionship.   Juniper is still young and learning about the world, so her ideal home will have a securely fenced yard, a family where someone is home more often than not, and another playful dog to help show her the ropes and keep her company.   With her sweet nature, playful spirit, and affectionate heart, Juniper is ready to become a beloved member of a lucky family.   To meet Juniper in person visit us at www.dsda.org/adopt and submit our online adoption application.  ADOPTION FEE Covers: Core vaccines plus Lepto and Flu, all boosters, microchip, dewormer until clear fecal test & spay or neuter when completed by a DSDA vet partner plus any necessary medical care.  All dogs are on flea, tick and heartworm prevention and you receive the following month's preventatives complementary with your adoption!  * Adoption Fees: Puppies (12 months and under) - $325  Dogs (over 12 months) - $275  Qualifications for Adoption:  No dog is alike and each dog has different requirements based on breed, age, energy level and life experiences. Story
I’m the longest resident at the shelter, since February 2025. When I first arrived, I was underweighting and had a pretty bad skin infection. I’m now receiving treatment and an special diet to help me feel my very best and I’m currently in a foster home where I’m getting the love and care I deserve. I’m a very sweet, playful boy who’s ready to find a forever home that will love and take care of me.  I’m mostly indifferent just a little shy around cats. More than anything, I want a family who will give me the security, kindness, and fun I’ve been waiting so long for.” Mason is currently in a foster home please call the shelter at 972-744-4480 or email AskRichardsonAnimalServices@cor.gov to learn more and schedule a meet and greet with him!March 7, 2026, 12:25 pm

He loves meeting people and carries himself with that classic `friendly neighborhood hero` charm everywhere he goes.Despite his enthusiasm, Steve checks in with his human and walks nicely on leash, proving he`s a team player through and through. After he`s burned off some energy, he`s happy to relax, soak up attention, and enjoy some well-earned downtime. If you`re ready for an adventurous companion with leading-man energy and a heart of gold, Steve Rogers is standing by!!Click here to see more pictures of him!! --> https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/13aT1q9ClZAXEXBASXhdshZIlKIk5yGH3
