Story
🖤 Meet Jessie 🖤 Equal parts cuddle bug, water baby, tiny athlete, and professional kid supervisor. Jessie is a 3 month old black Lab puppy with floppy ears, happy tail wags, and the kind of face that says, “I definitely just stole the ball and I’m not giving it back.” And honestly? She’s thriving. 🐾 Loves kids 🐾 Dog friendly 🐾 Water enthusiast 🐾 Tug-of-war champion 🐾 Ball chaser extraordinaire 🐾 Snuggle expert 🐾 Already walking great on leash for her age She’s currently working on crate training and while she does protest her tiny bedtime jail sentence at first, she settles in and sleeps well after potty breaks. Jessie is also doing great with potty training, but remember… she’s still a baby learning the ropes. Basically, Jessie is everything people love about Labs: funny, loyal, goofy, loving, smart, and always ready for the next adventure. One minute she’s zooming through the yard like she’s training for the Puppy Olympics… the next she’s curled up beside you snoring like she pays bills in the house. She’s the good kind of chaos. ❤️ Applications open through Dallas DogRRR. #AdoptJessie #BlackLabLove #DallasDogRRR #PuppyEnergy #FutureBestFriend

Lab puppies are irresistibly sweet with their big paws and loving nature—both silly and adorable. This silver-toned girl is Oakley, part of a precious litter that had a rough start, almost ending before it began. They were found in South Texas in a Walmart parking lot, all stuffed into a duffel bag with their umbilical cords still attached. Dallas Dog - Rescue.Rehab.Reform, in partnership with their South Texas allies, took them in. Oakley is just 6 weeks old, weighs under 10 pounds, and is ready to meet her future family. Story
Introducing Coco Mann, a handsome 5-year-old boy weighing in at 76 pounds. Coco may be a little nervous when meeting new people, but he truly thrives in the company of someone who is home often or has another dog companion. We have found that apartment living may not be the best fit for him, as he benefits from having someone around to spend time with. Coco's journey began when he was found in the outside kennels of the Fort Worth shelter during a time when they were asking dogs to be moved due to frigid temps. Recognizing the need for immediate help, we took him into our boarding facility for temporary housing. However, after seeing what a wonderful dog he is, we couldn't bear to send him back to the shelter. With open hearts, we made the decision to bring Coco into our rescue, where he now awaits his forever home. Since arriving in our rescue, Coco has shown us what a great dog he is. Currently living in a foster home with other dogs, Coco may feel a bit nervous around little children due to their fast movements. However, in new settings, his disposition is adorable, submissive, and happy. With time and patience, he continues to gain confidence and is now thriving on the leash. Walking beside you, Coco has become quite the pro! Coco is a couch potato by nature, but when it's playtime, he will entertain himself endlessly with a toy. He loves tossing it up in the air and engaging in playful antics. Additionally, he has shown good compatibility with cats, although proper introductions are highly recommended as each cat's personality is unique. While we're uncertain about how Coco would do with young children due to his nervous nature, we believe he would be just fine with bigger kids over the age of five. His loving and good-looking demeanor makes him an ideal companion for a family ready to give him the chance he deserves. If you're looking for a loyal and affectionate buddy, Coco is waiting to steal your heart. Don't hesitate to reach out and give this deserving pup a forever home filled with love and understanding. #AdoptCocoMann #RescueDog #ForeverHomeNeeded All Dallas Dog adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon finalizing adoption. Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Hi, I’m Millie! I’m a medium-sized girl with a big personality and an even bigger heart. My favorite place in the world is right next to my people. If you’re looking for a loyal sidekick who loves cuddles, kisses, and quality time, I might just be your perfect match. I love playing with other dogs and currently have a large dog friend that I adore. I’m smart, treat-motivated, and always excited to learn new things. My foster says I’m the sweetest girl ever, but I do have one funny habit...I give the most dramatic sighs and stretches you’ve ever seen! I’m also completely fascinated by animals on TV and will happily sit and watch along with you. I’m crate trained, potty trained, great with kids and other dogs, and ready to find a family of my own. I’ve been waiting patiently, and I can’t wait to meet the lucky people I get to love forever. Love, Millie 🐾 All Dallas Dog adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon finalizing adoption. Puppies adopted under the age of five months require a spay/neuter contract, and all dogs are required to be spayed by six months unless otherwise medically noted. Our dogs are currently on heartworm preventative. Puppies receive 3 to 4 rounds of vaccinations depending on their age, and adults receive two rounds unless they've been with us longer than a year, in which case they receive the booster update. Story
Meet Dot (Dottie) 🎀 Dot’s story began when her mother was rescued, and just a short time later, on Christmas Day 2024, Dot and her siblings were born safely in our care. Now 11 months old and about 50 lbs, this beautiful retriever mix has grown up in rescue — and it’s time for her to find a forever family of her own. Dot is as smart as she is sweet. She knows sit, stay, and shake, and she’s potty trained, crate trained, leash trained, and eager to please. She’s wonderful with other dogs and children, making her an excellent family companion. Her favorite game is tug, and she’s always up for playtime before settling down for snuggles. Playful, loving, and incredibly loyal, Dot has spent her whole young life waiting. Now she’s ready to grow up in the comfort of a forever home. 💕 📩 Apply to adopt Dot: www.dallasdog.org/adopt A good Samaritan took Dot's mom, a stray, in and as soon as she knew she was safe she quickly delivered 10 little puppies. Story
Murphy is such an amazing dog. He is almost 3 years old and I got him from an oopsie litter from people we know. He is super sweet once he gets comfortable where he is and who he’s around. He does have lab in him so he’s crazy at times and loves to play. My ex girlfriend and I got him almost 3 years ago and once we broke up she left him with me and I am starting up law school and will not have the availability to take care of him on my own. I wish I was able to keep him but it is just infeasible. He is going to need a home with people who have patience, preferably a back yard since he loves to be outside and enough room for him to be himself.
