Story
Pete T is a 10 year old mostly black bi-color Rottweiller mix.  He is happy boy whose favorite thing is to play fetch with his human.  Pete takes treats gently, loves to carry a ball around with him, and has the waggiest tail you are likely to encounter.  He is good with adults, dogs, and older kids.  Pete is a high energy, athletic dog.  He would love to have a strong, patient foster or adopter to guide him with basic commands and leash manners. Thulani does not charge an adoption fee and provides medical coverage for life.  Our seniors come with a supply of food, a cushy bed, and their favorite toys. ##1707838##

Story
Hi there, My name is Charlie! I'm a outgoing, adventurous young dog with gobs and gobs of energy. I enjoy meeting new people and dogs but my manners need a little work so I may be too much for younger children. I'm a happy boy that can't get enough of running zoomies in the yard and playing with toys, I'm a great walker and am up for hikes once I get all my wiggles out!  I'm a neutered male Rottweiler/ shepherd mix who is around two years old and weighs about 77 lbs. I'm very treat motivated which helps when working on my training! I would love to meet you, so please fill out the application below to learn more about me. If you are interested in meeting with me, please submit your fully completed Adoption Profile Form to adoptinquire@peninsulahumanesociety.org and an adoption counselor will call you to conduct a phone interview before making an appointment to meet in person. You must be 18 or older to submit an application. Story
Barnaby is excited to make his big debut. This brindle beauty is sweet, smart, and oh so silly. He LOVES to train for treats and will be, without a doubt, a STAR in a positive reinforcement training class. He hasn`t had much of an education yet but he takes direction incredibly well and is an eager beaver! It often seems like he is thinking, `oh really? I shouldn`t do that? Okay no prob! Just tell me what you want me to do instead and I`m so there!`. Come meet this lovely kiddo today! A#502000 BARNABY

Story
Are you looking for your very own little bear, aka rottweiler? Then Zelda might be your girl.. This mature lady is about four years old and weighs in at 65 pounds of pure love. Zelda is true to the breed and as loyal as they come. She is so affectionate with her people, eager to please and incredibly food motivated. She walks fantastic on leash and is crate trained. Zelda loves the water and will gladly lounge under the sprinklers, and baths are a breeze! Zelda is a low - to medium energy gal who is up for a walk or a few zoomies in the yard, but will also gladly lounge at home all day. She's a mellow girl! Zelda could be fine living with a male dog. Zelda came to us as an insecure girl who takes time initially to warm up to new people and appreciates a slower approach. But once you are her friend, you are her friend for life... If you are interested in meeting Zelda, please fill out an application at our website: www.gobeyondrescue.org/adopt Our adoption fee is $450 and includes spay/neuter, microchipping and up to date vaccines. We adopt within 200 miles of San Francisco.

Story
Rasta is a full blooded German Rottweiler. I acquired him from a breeder in NC. We are both from the NC and relocated to the SF Bay Area in the summer of 2023. Rasta is a sweet boy who loves to play with other dogs. He is friendly around children, adults, and strangers. Rasta was trained by me. I am a former K9 Explosive Detection Dog Handler. I worked 8 years for the Department of Defense at the Pentagon and did four tours in Kabul, Afghanistan. Rasta is currently 11 months old. He will be 1 year of age on January 7, 2024. Rasta is fully vaccinated and is neutered. Unfortunately, due to work and personal travel, I have quite a busy schedule. This has presented a challenge for me to properly care and ensure he receives the most exercise and socialization needed. He is an inside dog, sleeps on his dog bed or in his crate. Included will be a XXL crate, dog bed, pet hair vacuum, all collars/leashes, custom dog bowls and mats. Serious inquires only.
