Probably isn't ready to be around children, has been in a home with a cat that he can smell but doesn't seem too interested. He's crate trained. He's Ready and Willing to be Your Best Friend and Adventure/Cuddle Buddy! Has most Dog 101 skills down, and will definitely benefit from a stable, active environment.

Energetic, loving, and goofy 9-year-old Ella is super sweet but needs a family with an experienced dog owner. A little under 2ft tall and 40 lbs, she's sleek and muscular. Ella is fully house-trained and very patient with the three cats she lives with. She's never lived with kids but is generally chill with the children in the neighborhood.   She loves her toys, playing fetch, tug of war games, following you around the house, and of course, napping. Ella wants to be involved in whatever you're doing and is alert to someone coming to the door. She is highly food motivated, Ella picks up new tricks quickly but can be stubborn and easily distracted, so she needs lots of consistent positive reinforcement to maintain behavioral changes. She has many opinions and she will let you know about them.   Ella also plays well with other dogs, although sometimes she has issues with dogs larger than she is, but is good at de-escalating potential conflicts. Ella really loves company so if her new people are gone for a full work day she will need a canine companion. She's leash trained and always excited to jump in the car to visit the park. Daisy is a 5 year old purebred boxer. She is energetic but is a cuddler as long as you hide all the dog toys. She has a lot of agility and loves to go on hikes and camping trips. She is loyal and will stay near you as long as she builds that bond. She is a passive dog and there has not been a dog that she has not gotten along with and we have had her around a lot of dogs during her life. She went to puppy training as well as would go spend days and weekends at doggie daycare with never any issues. Unfortunately, due to job changes we are away from the home about 8-10 hours daily and aren’t able to give Daisy the life or the exercise she once had. We also have 2 kids that take priority when it comes to time at home etc. although we don’t want to rehome her we feel that her quality of life has diminished and we want more for her. If you are a family that maybe one of you works from home and live a very active lifestyle (with other dogs or with children) I do believe she would be perfect
