Orion is an extremely sweet puppy who found his way into a nice lady's yard in MS with his sister.  He is curious and brave. He is happy to sniff freely and explore his surroundings, not bothered by the noises, scents, or sights of the suburbs.   If he is not in your lap or leaning into your leg, you must be standing. If you're standing..he is either in between your legs or right behind you..so this is what they meant by velcro dog! He will certainly help save in heating costs this winter and is a wonderful snuggler.  Orion seems to be a quick learner. He has gone into his crate when asked, and he is learning to sit rather than tippy tap and bounce his way out of the crate when you open the door.  He would probably love an older doggie sibling to show him the ropes. He is very affectionate and enjoys each of the human family members in our home including adults, a tween, and a young adult dog 5 times his size. Adoption Day: December 6th at PetSmart Tysons Corner from 10:00–11:00 AM, an approved adopter must be present to adopt. Some pups may stick around until 11:00 AM for the public event—check our Facebook page closer to the date to see if this pup will be attending the extra fun! ##2581312##

I'll perform all sorts of acrobats, even jumping in the air and twisting in every direction to catch a ball! I'm even learning to bring the balls back! I love car (or truck) rides. And I never met a trail that I did not want to explore. I meet everyone at my kennel with either a toy in my mouth or my food bowl. I am so happy to show them off to everyone. I have a full body wiggle when my favorite people are coming to get me out for a walk. I like other dogs with proper introductions. When I find a dog I like, I'll run & play until we're both dizzy with exhaustion. I'm a true "ladies man and would thrive in a home with another delightful female companion. I can be a bit shy at first, but then turn on that southern charm. I need an experienced owner and I need to be introduced to strangers slowly. But once I trust, I will enjoy cuddling in your lap. If you are willing and able to put the time into training me I will be sure to do my best to learn. Like most Rotties, I form strong bonds with those I love. I'm what they call a "diamond-in-the-ruff who will make a great life-long companion. I have been waiting a long time for my forever home. Loving, loyal, full of life. Come meet me!

Barkley is a sweet 5 yr old rottie mix. She has been in rescue over 3 years. She needs to find her forever home. She does have a high prey drive, so no cats or small dogs. She has done absolutely fine with older children. She has not been exposed to smaller kids other than walking through the store and did fine. She has been completely vetted and is house and crate trained. She loves her belly rubs and will often wait for you to give her one before coming inside. She has no issues
