Orion is an extremely sweet puppy who found his way into a nice lady's yard in MS with his sister. He is curious and brave. He is happy to sniff freely and explore his surroundings, not bothered by the noises, scents, or sights of the suburbs. If he is not in your lap or leaning into your leg, you must be standing. If you're standing..he is either in between your legs or right behind you..so this is what they meant by velcro dog! He will certainly help save in heating costs this winter and is a wonderful snuggler. Orion seems to be a quick learner. He has gone into his crate when asked, and he is learning to sit rather than tippy tap and bounce his way out of the crate when you open the door. He would probably love an older doggie sibling to show him the ropes. He is very affectionate and enjoys each of the human family members in our home including adults, a tween, and a young adult dog 5 times his size. Adoption Day: December 6th at PetSmart Tysons Corner from 10:00–11:00 AM, an approved adopter must be present to adopt. When I find a dog I like, I'll run & play until we're both dizzy with exhaustion. I'm a true "ladies man and would thrive in a home with another delightful female companion. I can be a bit shy at first, but then turn on that southern charm. I need an experienced owner and I need to be introduced to strangers slowly. But once I trust, I will enjoy cuddling in your lap.
