She’s housebroken and making great progress with crate training — sleeping quietly in her crate at night, though she prefers to be out and about during the day. Marley currently lives with a large-breed canine companion and does wonderfully with other dogs. She loves spending time outdoors and will require a securely fenced yard to safely enjoy her favorite pastime. At around 70 pounds, Marley is a solid girl who could benefit from a little fitness routine — and she’s happy to work on that with her future family 😉 Marley is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. One thing she’s continuing to work on is her greeting manners. She gets very excited when her people come home and has a tendency to jump up out of pure joy. Being homeless and at a shelter isnt fun - can be downright scary. I was at a small&#44 rural town shelter which doesnt get much traffic. I was then fortunate to go to Great Plains to a much bigger town. Ohhhhhh&#44 Im hoping that it will help me find my own family and home. The staff/volunteers are super nice and Im slowly feeling more confident with everything being new to me. I enjoy playing with stuffy toys and know the command&#44 sit. I walk nicely and do like back rubs (who doesnt?). You need to see me with other dogs. I am not bashful at all with other dogs. We speak the same language. Dogs give me confidence in myself and WOW playing in playgroups with different dogs is heaven for me. Do you have a dog that would enjoy having a brother? Meet Koby! This sweet, loving boy came into our care right after he was born with his mama and all his siblings. He found a home for a while, but then was returned because they didn't have time for him. Koby is potty trained and loves to play with toys, especially fetch with his frisbee. He gets along with all people, including kids, and other dogs! One of his previous fosters even said he was good with cats, but it's been a while since he's seen one so he may need to be tried again. He doesn't get on furniture and is very well behaved - he comes when called, knows most commands, and doesn't run. His favorite snack is ice and he loves to ride in cars. He is also very good when getting his nails trimmed and has the softest fur. Koby is a Velcro dog who loves attention and will follow you everywhere. He would do best in a home with other dogs where his people would be home most of the time, he gets scared when left alone.
