Story
Rehoming my sweet 3-year-old Aussie/Poodle mix, Willow. She’s spayed, super cuddly, full of energy, and loves walks, swimming, and being near her person. She’d thrive with someone active who has space and time for her. Willow needs/ would do best as the only pet in a home without young kids. She is somtimes reactive with my other dog and gets anxious around children. She also has a manageable liver condition (copper storage disease) that requires daily meds and vet monitoring. I’m moving into an apartment, and it’s just not the right environment for her. I’m heartbroken, but I know she deserves a calmer, more spacious home where she can truly thrive. Please reach out if you or someone you know might be the right fit for Willow 💛

Story
Lady is great with us and our kids. She is great with our male dog, but recently she does not like our female dog and she starts fights with her. They are both fixed so I’m not sure what to do other than rehome Lady. I’m praying I can find her a good home so I do not have to take her to the pound. Lady is fun and has the funniest personality!

Story
Please help us find a home for our sweet boy. We need to rehome our 4 year old, pure bred Miniature Australian Shepard named Olley. His is neutered, all his shots are up to date. He is house trained, follows some commands. He walks on a leash but tends to pull. He is calm and sweet unless he perceives a threat (which could be someone at the door, my boys becoming too rowdy in the house, or the kids floating in the pool (he thinks they are hurt if they just float). He tends to bark unless the "threat" stops. He has a really strong herding instinct and thus tends to nip when the children run or an unknown person tries to enter the home. The reason we checked not good with children is because he is great with my boys but does not do well with any friends that come to the house. He has excellent endurance. He likes to stay right by your side and make sure you are in his site. He can be indoors or outdoors but prefers to be wherever you are. He does not chew furniture or shoes.

Story
Meet Ginger! This sweet, loving girl is ready to find her forever home, and she can’t wait to share all her love with you. Ginger is a total pro when it comes to car rides—she loves to go on adventures and is calm and well-behaved in the car. She also walks beautifully on a leash, making her an ideal companion for strolls around the neighborhood. Ginger is a gentle soul who prefers the company of bigger dogs. They make her feel more secure and help her feel at ease. She can get a little overwhelmed with all the dogs in boarding, so what she really needs is a loving, quiet home where she can decompress and feel safe. Once she settles in, she’ll be your loyal, sweet companion who will shower you with affection. If you’re looking for a calm, loving girl who would thrive in a peaceful home with a bigger dog friend, Ginger is the one for you. She’ll be forever grateful for a family who understands her need for space and quiet while giving her the love and care she deserves. Could you be the one to give Ginger her happy ending?

Story
BEFORE: Stuck in a shelter alone and afraid and getting sick     AFTER: What a difference! I’m clean and floofy and gonna be spoiled. My name is TOMMIE TRUFFLES! I like sticks. I like stones and I like pine cones. Foster mom says, “Twuffles wanna tweets?” Silly, she talks to me like I’m a baby.  Well, I am quite young, maybe 9-12 months, and I do have a lot to learn. I still have some puppy in me as I never really got to experience that! I get so excited that I jump on people, so I may not be great with small kiddos. I know a few basic command likes “sit” but have some manners to learn too. My foster mom says I “need some groceries.” Right now I’m about 45 pounds, but need those groceries and “tweets” to gain at least 10 pounds. I love seeing people and my tail wags every time I see someone new. I haven’t met any cats yet, but that may come in time. During the day, I’m a pawfect guest at foster mom’s work. I chill and snore in the dog bed conveniently provided. I walk well on a leash and do just fine on car rides. At night, I sleep in a crate and dream of the day I have enough of those “manners” to snooze in bed with YOU at night. I still need to get “fixed” (but I’m not sure what’s broken) and I keep hearing about a furever home. Can that be you? So fill out application and let’s set up Meet and Greet, will ya? An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online. http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms  Please be sure to like our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.  Email inquiry@angelsrescue.org  Note: Some apartments and neighborhoods have breed restrictions. We verify rental policies and adhere to any regulations. Please ensure you understand those restrictions before choosing a dog.          June 14, 2025, 3:02 pm

Story
Lyra is a bright, joyful pup with a heart full of curiosity and love. Still in her puppy years, she’s got that boundless energy and enthusiasm that makes every walk a mini-adventure and every toy the most exciting thing ever. She’s eager to learn, quick to bond, and constantly trying to figure out how to make her people smile. She does wonderfully with children and thrives with human companionship. She can be a little unsure around new pets at first—but given time, she settles in. Because she’s young, she’ll do best in a home ready to continue her training and offer her the mental stimulation she craves. We’re relocating and heartbreakingly can’t keep all of our dogs. Lyra deserves a home where she’s not just a pet, but a beloved family member—someone who sees her potential and gives her space to blossom.
