A LOVELY YOUNG DOG: Approx. 1 year old / Approx. 33 lbs. Hi there, I’m Valentina! I’m a darling young dog who somehow found myself at animal control, and I’m so grateful to be in the Mostly Mutts family now.  I got to spend some time in a wonderful foster home for about a week and am back at the MM shelter now.  I’m loving my time with the wonderful volunteers and can’t wait to meet the family who will call me their own! I’m currently in the prison/foster training program off-site and learning a lot!  Please inquire at 770-272-6888 to find out when I'm available to meet. • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS:  I played nicely and wanted to cuddle with a 7-year-old female dog in a temporary foster home. I also met other dogs at Mostly Mutts and was vocal around them and not interested in playing, so it could depend on the environment. If you have a nice dog at home already, let’s meet along with my trainer and see if we can be friends! / Cats unknown. / I haven’t met kids yet at Mostly Mutts, so let’s meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL:   My temporary foster family and the shelter volunteers say that I’m very playful, smart, and sweet.  Not to sound conceited, but people also say that I have beautiful eyes and fur.  I seem to know my boundaries in the home, do great around people, and am a loyal, wonderful companion.  I truly thrive on being with people and love staying connected to them. I’m an active, friendly girl with a bright mind and a big heart. / Energy level: 6-8, so I’d like to be active with my new family. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY:  I'm a student in the Mostly Mutts University training program and have already learned the ‘sit’, ‘down’, ‘stay’, ‘come’, ‘drop it’,  and ‘place’ commands.  I also use proper door etiquette and I look forward to learning even more. / I didn’t need a crate in my temp. foster home and I’m doing pretty well in it at Mostly Mutts though it’s not my favorite place to hang out and I do come out of it quickly. / I did well with my potty manners in my temp. foster home, so hopefully that will be the case in my new home, too.  • LIKES/DISLIKES: I love my stuffed toys, going for walks, playing with frisbees and tennis balls, and spending time with people . . . and I know we’ll find plenty of new favorite activities to enjoy together once I’m home with you. / I was pretty nervous during my first shelter bath, so we did a foam bath.  I hope to be better with those soon. Like all dogs, I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL:  I'm current on annual vaccinations, micro-chipped and spayed. I’m a wonderful young dog looking for a wonderful family to love and be loved by furever. My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.    March 8, 2026, 7:16 am

I use to live on land with no one around. We are not use to this environment and I work as a nurse 8-12 hr shifts. I want to keep them together. Remi is female. Berkerly is male.

Fetty is an affectionate and intelligent Australian Shepherd/Goldendoodle mix looking for his forever home. He’s full of personality — loving, energetic, and playful — and enjoys nothing more than going for walks, playing outside, and spending time with his people. He’s house-trained and crate-trained, making him an easy addition to any home. Fetty thrives on attention and enjoys being part of family life. He’s up to date on all vaccinations and in great health. (He also comes with a crate and a months supply of food!) Sadly, we are relocating and won’t have the space he deserves in our new home. One of our recent additions is especially excited! Asa, named after Asa Newell UGA alumni and current Hawks rookie and first round draft pick, is a gorgeous Australian Shepherd/Catahoula Leopard dog mix who is about a year old. Like his namesake, Asa is young, energetic, and LOVES playing ball! Although our Asa does prefer tennis balls to basketballs. Aside from being fun and incredibly handsome, Asa is also super loving and crate trained! He would truly make an amazing running or hiking partner and will thrive in an active family! A SWEET & FRIENDLY GIRL:  Approx. 1 year old / Approx. 37 lbs. Hello – I’m Katya!  I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control and am so grateful that they are dedicated to helping me find my furever home.  I recently spent a couple of days in a wonderful temporary foster home during the cold weather event, and I loved being a part of a loving home.  I spent some time in the prison/foster training program off-site and learned a lot!  I’m back at Mostly Mutts now and hope to be in my very own furever home soon!   • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS:  I recently met dogs at Mostly Mutts, and I was friendly with them.  I also liked playing and wrestling with the 5-year-old female dog in my temp. foster home.  I can show dominant female behavior at times, so if you have a nice doggie at home already that wouldn’t mind this, let’s meet and see if we can be pals.  / Cats unknown. / I enjoyed the company of the two boys in my temp. foster home (ages 6 and 12 years old).  I can be a bit jumpy and playfully mouthy, so best no toddlers or small children that I may bump over or unintentionally nip during play. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL:  The volunteers say I am a gorgeous girl with the cutest, tiny ears.  My temp. foster said I was ‘just the sweetest’ and – after a nice walk or other exercise, I settle right in with a calm demeanor.  Young and playful, I can be a bit exuberant with my play, so I will need you to help me curb my mouthiness.  I’m just young and want to play!  Though I was a bit nervous for my shelter bath, I sought comfort by clinging to my bather and was very patient for that pesky ear cleaning. / My energy level is about 4-6 at the shelter but was  higher in my temp. foster home.  • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY:  I’m a proud graduate of the Mostly Mutts University training program so I’ve learned the ‘sit’, ‘stay’, ‘down’, ‘come’, ‘drop it’, ‘leave it’ and ‘place’ commands.  I also use proper door etiquette and have good leash manners as well as accept nice strangers without jumping.  Let's continue my training as there are more classes I can take through the free lifetime training that Mostly Mutts offers for all their rescue dogs.  / I’ve had good crate manners at the shelter and during my recent 2-day visit in my temp foster home. / My potty habits were good in my temp. foster homes, but I am having a few accidents on the shelter schedule.  In one temp. foster home, I quickly learned to ring the potty bells on the back door to indicate that I needed to go after seeing my foster sister do it!  • LIKES/DISLIKES:  I love being with my people and even enjoy spending some fun time with that flat dog I see in the mirror! They do everything I do – while I am doing it – so crazy!  I love attention and will mouth at hands and legs to get it but I’m sure you can teach me not to do that.  I’m much more interested in being a people dog than playing with toys right now, but perhaps you can show me how much fun those can be.  I recently went on a day trip with a nice volunteer where I did well in the car and loved meeting new people, too! / I can’t think of any real dislikes, though I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL:  I'm current on annual vaccinations, micro-chipped and spayed. I am looking for a home with a loving family who will cherish me as a furry family member!  My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.  March 8, 2026, 7:16 am
