Bella is a sweet girl! Her owner could no longer take care of her and her best friend Ginger. They arrived to the shelter on 12/3. Bella is 4 years old and weighs in at 45 pounds. She truly is a lady and is great on a leash. She knows to sit when asked and takes her treats gently. Her and Ginger are bonded and do not leave each other's side. It is reported that she is dog friendly. Bella and Ginger sure could use a home. Would you give them a chance? Ask for ID# 15447 Run 853. She will be spayed soon and micro-chipped upon adoption. She has tested negative for heart worm. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. Lola is a very sweet puppy and loves cuddling. She has plenty of energy and loves to run. She is about 8 monthes old and is for the most part potty trained when in a schedule. I am a college student and feel like she deserves a home that can give her more attention and take her outside to play more than I can on a daily basis. I have the adoption fee at $300 because I will also be giving her cage, food, and loads of toys away with her.

She is crate-trained, progressing well with her house-training, and gets along nicely with other dogs. Aspen does REQUIRE a securely fenced yard to safely enjoy her playtime and explore with confidence. She is not leash trained and needs work on this. Meet handsome Dakota! He was surrendered to the shelter on 10/29 because he was being destructive and someone in the family wasn't being very kind to him. It was noted that Dakota is dog-friendly, but he needs work on his house-training skills. The volunteers describe Dakota as very energetic and athletic. He is a herding dog breed who will do best in a family who can keep him physically and mentally stimulated. A destructive dog is often a bored dog with no structure. Crate training and lots of activity will do wonders for Dakota. He will sit briefly when asked, and is very jumpy when excited. He'll need someone patient and kind to work with him on basic manners. If you can meet Dakota's needs, please come meet him! With a little refinement, he'll make a wonderful BFF!! Dakota is approximately 10 months old, and weighs 51 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines, and did test negative for heartworms. He will be neutered and microchipped upon adoption. Dakota is waiting in run 809; his ID # is 14720.
