She came to OBHR right after she gave birth to seven puppies unexpectedly to some folks who picked her up online. They were unable to handle the puppies and asked us for our help. Daisy obviously came from a breeder who let her have puppies way too late in life, but at the age of seven she delivered seven very healthy puppies who have already been adopted and are in loving homes! Daisy is now spayed and completely up-to-date and ready for a new home of her own. She was originally slated to go back to the family that asked us for help, however we have not heard from them once we let them know she was ready to go. Miss Daisy the puppy mama is a very sweet girl who is house trained and fantastic with other dogs. The Fosters that she was at when her puppies were younger also had cats and they were no issues. Daisy is just a doll baby and loves to snuggle! She is being fostered in the Dayton area and her adoption fee is $200. Bingo is a 14mo old basset in need of a SPECIAL home! Bingo was abused when he was younger so he is a little leery at first. NO KIDS please, unless your child is at least 10, Bingo will not be for you. He will require a younger family as he is a very energetic dog. (Bull in a china shop lol!)  No offense to our "senior" adopters....this boy is a lot of dog best described as a bowling ball with a low center of gravity! We cannot stress enough how much Bingo is a GOOD BOY and loves to be told he's a good boy! He will wag his tail like crazy when you talk to him and tell him he's a good boy! He loves to snuggle and get lovings but he never had boundaries before and needs to know when to settle down. Bingo will do best in a home with another well-behaved dog, put probably not a lot of other dogs. He took a few weeks to settle into his foster home with the other resident dogs, but he also needs someone strong willed with basset experience who will give him a firm NO when needed. He absolutely LOVES to play with his foster sister Alice the beagle, avoids foster brother and sister Harry and Macie who don't really approve of a young crazy man trying to play, and pretty much steers clear of other foster Daisy the puppy momma who will also give him a firm no in a motherly sort of way!  He is house broken and crate trained and knows how to use a dog door. He is being fostered near Dayton. His adoption fee is $250. Bingo will require a home with a fence so he can run and play! Nevada is 5 years old and the sweetest boy, he loves going on walks, going to the dog park and he’s a good buddy to grab a drink with. He is off leash trained and house trained as well. Unfortunately life with a toddler and working has gotten too busy, Nevada would be best with someone who has time to walk trails and visit the park a few times a week.
