Story
HI! I'M TILLY! I'm a 2-year-old (probably younger) fun-loving Boxer mix in need of a foster or forever home! I'm currently in the Seattle area and ready to meet you! I was saved from a shelter, where I was kenneled with another sweet female Pit Bull Terrier. I get along well with most male dogs, but would also thrive as the only dog in the home, as I absolutely love human attention and affection. Like many Boxers I'm full of life and energy and fun, and so will do best with an active person or people who can give me the exercise and structure that I need. I love going to the beach -- and then when we come home, I'll happily sit on your lap. I'm a devoted lovebug and snuggler (big time!) and I will smother you with kisses. I know how to sit, and I listen well. I'm very smart and I want to respect you but I'm just a pup, so I'm still learning. And best of all, I'm super cute with a great face. I weigh about 68 pounds. Please email for an application.

Click the button to download the adoption application. The application is a form-fillable pdf. Fill out the form, save it to your hard drive, then email back to sian@gingerspetrescue.org Hi!  My name is Carol from Korea and I am a wonderful approximately 1 year old  female Boxer.  I weigh approximately 44 lbs. and so excited to find my new forever home.  I am very happy, affectionate, smart, and friendly.  I was saved from the Korean kill shelter where I was due to be euthanized. The activists came and saved me and I can't wait to come to America and find a family to love and care for me forever.  Approximately over a million dogs a year are slaughtered to be eaten.  I am so lucky to get a one-way ticket to Seattle to find my new family.  Take me on car rides, walks in the park, and I will become your best friend.  I get along well with people of all ages, gentle kids, and other dogs.  I will do best with a loving family that can give me lots of love, and affection!  On all overseas adoption, we highly recommend our pet rescue dog trainer who will help train your new pup for only $75.  My adoption fee of $1,195 will cover my spay/neuter, DA2PP shots, Rabies, Bordetella, Deworm, Heart Worm Test, Microchip, Boarding Fees, Health Certificate and airline transport cost from Korea to Seattle.   A GPS tracker or Apple Air Tag is required for all adopted dogs. You can bring your own when adopting or you can purchase an Air Tag from us   We cannot guarantee breed or age. The adoption fee is firm and helps save the life of another dog needing rescue and our other dogs in need of medical care.  Donations are always appreciated to help pay down our vet bills at Greenwood Vet.  Ginger's Pet Rescue is a non-profit 501C-3 organization.  The adoption fee is donated to the rescue and is tax deductible.   Please e-mail   admin@gingerspetrescue.org   for an adoption application. Story
Meet Kobi, a large 5-year-old adult Boxer/Pit mix with a heart of gold. He was rescued from a crowded shelter in California, where he came in with a Chihuahua. The little dog got adopted and Kobi was left behind (until he was rescued!). He loves the water, loves to play, and always has a smile to give. This gentle giant, weighing in at 87 pounds, is a true couch potato. His mellow nature makes him the perfect companion for cozy evenings in. But don't let his laid-back demeanor fool you: Kobi is smart and independent. He's a quick learner, always eager to please. Kobi is also shy, but once he warms up to you, he's incredibly loyal and friendly. His favorite pastime? Lounging! Kobi would do best in a quiet home where he can live a quiet lifestyle. Story
To meet William, please email woof@thehausofdogs.com William was tied to a tree at a local park and brought in by animal control. William has been in a home because he is well cared for and already neutered. William gets excited to go out in the park and does pull on his leash to get to all the cool smells. He keeps a clean kennel and would love a yard to call his own. William went to the SunDome for the March Muttness event and did amazing! He was quiet for the whole event and walked with both the staff and the public. William had no issue being petted or approached by the crowd while kenneled and loved getting treats. He spend most the night looking around and stoically watching all the action.

Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED! Cody is a 5 - 6 year old Boxer mix who is looking for a loving, active and structured forever home! He is sweet but had a rough beginning so will need a rescue experienced home that will help him build trust, learn basic obedience and gain confidence. He will bond to his people and loves attention and affection. He loves treats and is glad to work for them! He has not had a lot of training so will need support with continued basic obedience. He is looking for a home that is adult only or with kids over the age of 16. He will thrive in a home where he can be active, he loves to run around, go for walks, and would make an excellent outdoor activity partner. Cody can do well with other dogs but it is always best to do proper introductions to make sure it is a good match and that all parties 'mesh'. Cody would do best in a home with a large fenced yard where he can run, roam and play. Cody is UTD on shots, has had a dental, is microchipped and neutered. His adoption fee is $400.

Story
Meet Sugar! True to her name, Sugar is a sweet, 1 year old, 55 lb. Boxer mix who loves people and is looking for her forever home! Sugar has a lot of spunky energy and would do great with a family that can take her on walks and adventures and commit to her obedience training. Sugar can be very excitable around other dogs and has a lot of playful energy which may be off putting to some dogs but has been playful with the dogs in our care. She has not been tested with kids or cats, but we are recommending no small children as she is bouncy and could easily knock them over. Sugar is up to date on her vaccinations, spayed and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $500.

Story
HI - I'M BENJI! I'm a handsome 3-year-old Pit-Boxer mix in need of a foster or forever home! I was rescued from a California shelter awhile back, where I was impounded as a stray, and now am waiting for someone to choose me! I'm a sweetheart and oh-so-gentle. I'm the kind of dogs who loves a good snuggle on a cozy couch. My mellow nature makes me a perfect companion for those quiet moments. I'm loyal too, always sticking by my friends. Speaking of friends, I get along well with my canine neighbors at my current location. I'm also quite the poser for pictures, and am quite handsome and attentive. I walk well on a leash and am an easy pal to have around. But what I'd love more than anything is a family to call my own. I promise to be the best friend you've ever had. I weigh 57 lbs. Story
BLUE, a 2-year-old blue brindle and white Pit Bull Terrier, came to our rescue in an unusual way. The co-founder of our rescue had a random dream about Blue, an unknown dog at the time. The next day, the co-founder stumbled upon Blue, one of many urgent dogs at an over-crowded shelter, when searching for the dog in her dream. There Blue was, his sweet face begging for someone to help him. So now, Blue is safe! He is a sweet 60-pound boy who was kenneled with another dog at the shelter. He loves other dogs, and is loyal, smart, curious and loving. Need a hug? Ask Blue! He loves to give and receive hugs and get lots of human attention and affection. He is still a young boy so will need plenty of exercise and stimulation but overall, he's a couch potato in disguise and a dog to share your hopes and dreams. He's ready to fill your home with love, laughter, and lots of cuddles. He's currently looking for a foster or forever home. Please email for an application.
