Her delicate, pastel colors are showcased like painting strokes in the softest fur coat. Lena was saved from a harsh outdoor life and brought into foster care where she immediately starts to charm everyone she came in contact with. She has a bigger than life personality. She loves to carry on a conversation, enjoys treats and food with gusto and attacks her scratching pad with demonic intensity. When confronted with a shredded scratcher, she looks up at her human caregiver with sparkling eyes and a prideful demeanor of a spirited hunter who just brought down a large prey. Her favorite toys are feathered wands and scratchers, and she is most happy when she is around her humans. It's hard not to engage with such a beauty of a kitty and Lena knows it. She fully turns on the charm and will greet everyone with boundless love and enthusiasm. Maeve is such a sweet cat, but simply does not get along with other cats. Friend of mine had her as a kitten and she was raised with a dog who she got along with, but couldn’t keep anymore due to his wife being allergic to her and resulted in her being kept in a room. I agreed to take her thinking she could get along with my two cats, but because she was never socialized with other cats she does not get along well or even seem to want to with other cats. Maeve would be so perfect for a new pet owner as she is extremely low maintenance!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I recently had to move and am needing to rehome Friday. I have reached out to numerous resources to find her a home without luck and want to avoid taking her back to a shelter. Friday is a sweet and gentle cat, she loves to be pet and will purr up a storm. She is very quirky (she loves to lick certain textures like her cat tent and she will paw at the wall by her food). I have had no issues with her clawing furniture. She gets along with my cat Jackie but will stalk my other cat and be more aggressive with her. I would recommend she be placed in a home with no cats. She has a sensitive stomach and will occasionally have accidents outside of the litter box if she eats something that does not agree with it. She was recommended by her vet to be on food for sensitive stomachs, hairball control, and a probiotic. Please keep this in mind if considering to adopt her. I want her to go to a loving home that will cherish her greatly.

She was the most shy of the group and it took her the longest to become comfortable around people. She is about 2 years old. She is talkative at times, especially when she knows her human is opening the wet food. She LOVES wet food. She gets along with all the other cats in the household and would do best in a house with other cats. She likes to be in the middle of everything all the time. She sleeps in front of the fireplace or on the ottoman near her human’s feet. She is not quite a lap cat yet, although she is getting there. With the right household we think she will grow into her own.
