Story
Lucy likes solitude, she’s not very social. She will come to you if she wants petting. She does not like dogs, she has lived with another male cat her whole life but I do not know how she will feel about any other cat, she may not like other cats. She has always been an inside cat and only been out a few feet from the front door. She does better with just adults.

🐾 Meet Miko – Your Future Furry Best Friend! 🐾 Hi, I’m Miko! 💕 I’m a fun-loving, feisty little lady with a big personality and an even bigger heart. My favorite color is pink, and I’m the perfect mix of playful and cuddly—think of me as a real-life sour patch kid! 😸 I love chasing toys, lounging in the sun, and snuggling up when the day winds down. I’ve been so loved, but my mommy just welcomed a beautiful new baby into the family, and sadly, due to allergies, I can’t stay in my current home. I’m currently living near the edge of Frisco and Little Elm, TX, and I’m looking for a new forever home where I can be cherished and spoiled like the princess I am. 👑 If you’re looking for a sweet, spunky companion who will keep you entertained and loved, I’d love to meet you! Ready to adopt me or want to learn more? Send a message today! ❤️

Story
Yuki was found with her brother in a park. The mother did not return for a few days. They were given to me for a temporary home. Yuki is very playful and enjoys resting on your back. She enjoys moving around in your lap and loves kisses. She can be a little feisty but likes playing on the cat tower. She does not like being picked up.

Story
Penny is a 5 year old cat who still thinks she is a kitten sometimes. She enjoys curling up in your lap for pets, playing with toys, or taking a nap in any box or “cave” she can find. She is shy at first with new people, but once she gets to know you she becomes your best friend. She has gotten along well with our 6 year old cattle dog and loves when our nieces come to visit (under 10 years old). She prefers to be the center of attention and may do well with fewer fur-friends.

WONDERFULLY SWEET GIRL LONGS TO BE SOMEONE`S BEST FRIEND AND COMPANION. LOOKING FOR A FAIRLY PEACEFUL HOME WITH PEOPLE WHO WILL CHERISH HER LOVE FOR THEM AND PICK HER UP TO CUDDLE OFTEN. WILL BE GOOD WITH ANY AGE THAT TREATS HER KINDLY. WANTS TO BE YOUR ONLY PET. When I look at you with this cute face and big beautiful eyes, you will know you are special! I look forward every day to coming out to spend time with my shelter friends. I have a special purpose in life and take my job very seriously. I make sure they are never lonely by running to greet them and staying very close by. I`ll stand up against their leg to look up making sure they are still okay. Sometimes I will jump in their lap, or just ask to be picked up, because knowing your loved is very important! I`ll also jump up on the counter to nuzzle their shoulder and give them a kiss or a nose boop, there`s nothing that makes you feel loved more than that! My name is Missy, but one of my friends keeps saying I`m precious.Taking care of my people is my life, and I love them very much. I know they like petting me, so I act silly to be adorable for them by rolling over back and forth and squirming around to let them know they`re doing a very good job. They tell me I`m such a good girl and bring me yummy treats that I gobble right up, and will take them when they hold them out one at a time. I`m good about licking my food bowl clean too. On my breaks I might stop to chase one of the electronic toys for a few minutes, or sit inside of tunnel to relax. I don`t play a lot, but once in a while I`ll chase one of my toys across the floor or roll around with a catnip toy. If they want to play with our wand toys, I`ll join in for some fun! I`m quiet most of the time and have a sweet little voice when I speak. I love soft blankets on the furniture and enjoy curling up in a bed on the floor where it`s quiet, and when they`re working there. I`ll use a cat tree to help look out the window. I`ll be so happy to have a permanent job with a new family, making them feel special and loved too! Hurry in to meet me, I`m sure I`ll be perfect for the job!

WONDERFULLY SWEET AND TIMID AT FIRST. SHOW HER LOVE AND YOU`LL HAVE AN INSTANT FRIEND. LOOKING FOR A FAMILY THAT IS MOSTLY CALM, PETS GENTLY, ALSO A LITTLE PLAYFUL. SWEET KIDS ARE FINE, BUT TODDLERS WORRY ME. GOOD WITH OTHER CATS. When you meet me you will see that I am itty bitty, incredibly gentle and affectionate, and adore people! I`m a little nervous in a new place. I will find some place nearby to hide and feel safe but if you come and find me to say hi, I`ll come on out so we can visit. Remember that I always love treats! I also won`t mind if you gently pick me up to move so you can pet me. I`ll stay out and we can visit after that! You`ll quickly find out that I have a lot of fun energy, and I`m sometimes talkative with my unique sweet tiny voice! I`ll be learning to trust you, so gently pick me up once in awhile, cuddle me for a second and put me back down to pet. Soon I`ll be coming and asking to be held because I already love you! I might hide down low, but I prefer sitting up off the floor. I will enjoy having a cat tree, and love blankets on the furniture to lounge on! My favorite place is sitting by a window, either in the raised bed, or on top of the condo, where I can see out. Encourage me to play like a youngster should do! Have my toys out, and my tunnel so I can hide in plain sight. Slowly get me started playing with our wand toy with you. Pretty soon I will start to enjoy grabbing and chasing, and maybe even jumping for it! I have a lot of fun with cat tunnels and the motion activated toys that spin in the air, under a sheet, or peekaboo in and out. I just need a little time to get used to other sweet cats, but I don`t mind them being in the room with me even at first. With love in my new home, you`ll see me blossom into the sweetest dainty little lady!

Story
SHY GIRL PREFERS A MORE QUIET LAID-BACK ENVIRONMENT, PATIENT PEOPLE THAT WILL GIVE HER SWEET TALK AND TREATS AS SHE LEARNS TO TRUST BEFORE GIVING YOU HER WHOLE HEART. ALWAYS BEEN WITH SIBLINGS, ENJOYS CUDDLES WITH HER SIBLINGS MILO AND GOLDIE. WILL NEED OTHER VERY SWEET CAT COMPANIONS. ALSO GENTLE DOG FRIENDLY. Alice is a warm, loving sweetheart that yearns for love, but needs a bit of patience first. Her siblings were VERY outgoing and friendly. They took all the attention, but were also pretty good about comforting her as she has always been more timid. Shy at first, she will sometimes run away when approached. Many times she will stay, and the look on her face let`s you know that she loves people, so you can usually gently reach to pet her very softly so she knows you`re nice. Food is one way to earn her trust, she bonds most with whoever feeds her, so make sure everybody takes turns! That includes the treats she loves too. You`ll most often find her perching up high, watching and learning about her world. But she also spends quite a bit of time in her one or two favorite hiding places on the floor until she`s ready to come back out. She enjoys burrowing in to a hut that has a wide opening so she can`t disappear. She`s very nervous about being picked up, especially with new people. Give her a chance to get comfortable by petting her a little, then try gently picking her up for a quick hug and then put her down gently and pet again. Sometimes just lift her up to sit next to you on the couch, and then let go to see what she does. She`ll learn that she can trust you this way and will start enjoying it before long! Then she`ll start spending more and more time with you and looking forward to cuddle time or sleeping next to you. She is amazing with other cats, trusting and loving with them. She`s used to her super sweet and mellow siblings. It would be great to be adopted with one of them, but she would likely enjoy getting acquainted with any sweet cat friend to keep her company and help comfort her. Friendly, calm dogs would also make a good buddy. Getting her to play will do wonders to build her confidence. Gentle try with her wand toy until she finally starts to grab it, then chase, pretty soon she will be having fun without even thinking about it! Alice is the most wonderful kitty, and the love she will one day give so freely will tickle your heart!
