Hi, I’m Xena A. Calico, yes a gorgeous calico girl with a gentle heart, an adventurous spirit, and just the right amount of playful sass. Like my namesake, I may be petite and sweet, but I’m also brave, curious, and always ready for my next adventure! I was rescued from life outdoors after being found all alone trying to survive. Since then, I’ve discovered that indoor life is amazing and THE place to be—full of toys, cozy beds, loving people, and endless opportunities to explore. I can be a little demure when meeting new people, but once I feel comfortable, my playful personality shines. I love climbing to the highest perch, investigating every new corner, and chasing toys as if I'm on an important mission. After a day of adventures, I’m happy to curl up beside you for cuddles and quiet companionship. I’m the perfect mix of sweetness and spunk—a little explorer with a soft heart who would love a family to share my adventures with. Buttercup is the leader in the Powerpuff girls. She is confident and full of energy and personality! she is so sweet when she calms down and snuggles but that is typically short lived because she has things to do and people to see! she is all or nothing with everything she does. Eating, playing, snuggling. She is a very smart girl who would do best in a home with another high energy cat to help keep her from getting bored. She is a purr machine and will come seek you out when her energy runs out and she wants her people. You can hear her purrs from across the room. She enjoys her people and if given the choice, will always choose to be beside you but is also independent enough that she will find something to do if that’s not an option. She may be shy at first, but once she feels safe, she shows her love with head bumps, full-body rubs, and even the occasional kiss—always on her terms.She’s grown up with cats, kittens, and dogs of all sizes and would do best in a home with at least one friendly cat, as she loves to play and has never been alone. At night, Brandy turns into a cuddle bug and wants to be near her person—she may even protest if the bedroom door is closed.Brandy has a spicy side and knows what she likes, so she may not be the best fit for homes with very young children. She’s picky about wet food but loves Dr. Marty’s freeze-dried chicken kibble, uses the litter box perfectly, and has no litter preferences.Her cutest quirks? Bubbles is the calmest of the powerpuff girls. She doesn’t talk much other than when she’s hungry and does her own thing until she’s ready to snuggle. She will come find you and rub on you and wrap her tail around your leg when she wants to nap with you. She also loves to lay on your feet while you work. She has been enjoying House of the Dragon with her foster dad and will stare at the screen until her tiny eyes need to rest. Shes an iPad kitten and will help you flip through videos or try to leave comments on random posts if you let her. She’s a great companion to everyday life. She has the cutest crinkle in her left ear and the most beautiful eyes! She loves playing but can read the room and realizes when it’s time to calm down and relax. She loves being next to you or at least in the same room but is also a fairly independent kitten. She would do well in a home with another cat who is a little older and will play some but mainly just hang out in the same area as her. Blossom is the tiniest of the powerpuff girls. She’s dainty and uncoordinated in the most adorable way! She runs up with full confidence and “gets you” as you barely feel a tickle on your ankle. You can tell she’s so proud of herself! She is very vocal and will speak up when she is hungry or wants to be held. Blossom enjoys a lot of attention and would do really well with someone who works from home and allows her to be with her people most of the day. She loves to play but tires out quicker than her sisters and loves to snuggle on a soft blanket next to you for the rest of her day. She gets along with all of our resident cats but would do best with a playmate who doesn’t have a super high energy level and doesn’t need to feel dominant over her because she’s a pushover with the other cats. She is just starting to find her confidence so she needs a calm home where that can continue to grow. She is hoping to find someone to spoil her rotten and treat her like the tiny princess that she is. LOVELY LADY, AND PROBABLY THE SWEETEST CAT YOU`VE EVER MET, IS SOMEWHAT TOLERANT, BUT PREFERS A HOME THAT`S NOT TOO LOUD OR ACTIVE. VERY CALM, CURIOUS, OUT AND ABOUT, ALWAYS WITH HER PEOPLE, BUT RARELY PLAYFUL. SO AFFECTIONATE THAT IT WILL MELT YOUR HEART! SHOULD BE GOOD WITH YOUNG KIDS, BUT TODDLER ENERGY MAY MAKE HER NERVOUS. DOES NOT LIKE OTHER ANIMALS!I must have been very much loved my whole life, because I don`t hesitate to meet and trust new people almost immediately! I`ll fit right in and we`ll feel right at home together as you show me around. I will always be nearby, if not right at your feet. I could never get enough love, cuddles and petting, but I may be a little uncomfortable and squirmy being held at first, but I won`t hesitate to come sit in your lap and put my head under your chin or on your chest and push as you pet me. I`ll most likely want crawl up in bed to sleep with you! I enjoy my soft mat and squishy cushions to sometimes knead biscuits on. A mat or bed in a quiet place on the floor will be nice, a blanket or cushion on the furniture to be near you, and a cat tree for perching up high will all be perfect for me! I like dry food, and just about any kind of wet food makes me happy. I will follow you or come running whenever you have treats, so I`m easy to train with that reward coming! I`m great at taking them from you if you`ll hold them out one at a time between two fingers! You might want to do that all the time once you`ve tried it! It`s hard to improve on perfection, but encourage me to play with some of our toys to have some fun, someday after being settled in for a bit, I may find that I really like it! I`ll always love you and that`s what really matters!

VERY LOVING, EASY GOING GUY LOOKING FOR A LOW VOLUME ENVIRONMENT WITH SWEET PEOPLE TO SPEND TIME WITH AND ENJOY HIS COMPANY. GOOD WITH KIDS THAT PLAY GENTLY AND PET SOFTLY, BUT WILL BE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH TODDLERS. SEEMS LIKE HE PREFERS TO BE YOUR ONLY PET, BUT ADORES NICE PEOPLE.I`m not shy, just a little on the timid side, so I`m cautious about new places and people, and a little sensitive worrying about being loved and accepted. My relationship with people is very important to me, actually, it`s the MOST important thing! For a while, I will prefer to lay low and find a place where I feel safe and comfy. Try setting up a bed or blanket in a quiet part of your favorite room. I`ll often wait to be invited to join you or until you come to show me that you want to be good friends. I love hearing your voice, and if you look me in the eye and talk to me, I will start talking back with you in what appears like a real conversation! If you invite me over, it may take me a couple of minutes to work up the courage, but I`ll be there! I`m very affectionate, and can be a cuddle bear and love being held and carried, I practically melt in your arms! So remember to be patient and keep inviting me, or bring me over to sit with you! I`ll know that it`s okay to show my love for you and begin to do it more and more. I may just be nervous and not settled in here, but I haven`t seemed interested in toys, and only shown a little interest in playing with the the wand toys and touch activated toy moving under a sheet. But that is a start, and shows that I may begin to have fun as I feel comfortable at home. So encourage me to play! It`s easy to get my attention and win me over with food! I like dry food and love every flavor of Fancy Feast wet food so far, I even get a little excited when it`s time for treats! My favorite place so far is on a soft blanket in a quiet part of my condo. I enjoy feeling calm and listening to relaxing music while I wait to see my people. I like exploring. I drink a lot of water, so I`ll spend time around a water bowl when I visit in every room. I`m super easy to get along with and a great companion that loves getting your attention!

Our former roommates could not take this sweet girl with them when they moved. Bella is very petite and would not do well as an 'outdoor' cat. She is an adventurous lady for her size but she is also very sweet and friendly. She loves lick treats, seafood flavor and drinking from faucets. She probably won't ever be anyone's lap baby but she's happy to curl up nearby. She is not spayed.
