If you're looking for a kitty that's right out of a fairy tale, I'm Bambi the cool looking white and calico kitty (face markings almost look like a tortie with a tux outline) . I am loving and sweet. I was rescued from the streets and a foster parent took me in and helped me get healthy and happy! I love to cuddle, play, climb, explore, cat treats and would do well on my own or with another nice cat.  I have my primary vetting done!  I have been spayed, had my vaccinations, tested for FIV/FELV, preventative flea & dewormer, and I'm microchipped. FHS has different adoptable cats there all weekend & adoption counselors on site to help, from  Noon - 4 p.m.  Interested in one of our cats/dogs? First step it to fill out the required adoption application. We do not adopt to anyone living outside of the Dallas/Fort Worth area. All our cats/dogs will be spayed/neutered, heart worm tested (dogs-age appropriate), FeLV/FIV test (cats), microchipped, and current on vaccinations. We do not adopt on a first-come, first-served basis. We review all applications received to ensure that the animal and the applicant are a good match based on our personal experiences with the animal. These animals live in foster homes with us, so we are familiar with their habits and behaviors. Home visits may be required prior to adoption approval. Meet Kash I have had her since she was a little baby, I have never been a pet person but she is a very chill cat so I was able to care for her for as long as I could she is very independent if she wants love and cuddles she will make sure you know and if she doesn’t she will also make sure you know she loves treats and wet food, she is an indoor cat if you have any questions please feel free to ask

DOB 5/11/23, was born to a feral mom and lived under a deck.  She was brought inside and the foster has worked with her and her sibling to get them friendly and healthy.  If you're a Harry Potter fan, you'll recognize where she gets her name from! She loves to explore the house and her favorite game to play is hide and seek. She really enjoys cuddling alongside her sibling Hermione, but another one of her favorite spots to rest is at the top of her cat tree under the sunlight. She grows more and more confident around humans every day and would make an adorable addition to your household. Fleur and Hermione will run up to their foster for attention while rubbing in and out of her legs.  They have never been around dogs or kids and would probably be best without young kids in the home.  They love to watch CATS TV.  Because she is especially close to Hermione (they start meowing and looking for one another when they aren't around each other), it is preferred that they be adopted together.
