Story
Meet Ayra ALL PETS AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE DALLAS/FT WORTH METROPLEX MEET AND GREET APPOINTMENTS SET UP WITH PRE-APPROVED APPLICATION ONLY Ayra and her 3 kittens were taken in by a rescue friend so when she asked for help with finding them forever homes how could we say no! They are absolutely stunning with gorgeous markings. ! Mama Ayra is very affectionate and talkative. All of the cats including Mama love playing with each other so would do well adopted in pairs or into homes with other cats. They have learned to tolerate/scare off my dog but I wouldn’t say that they get along. If you would like to meet Ayra, the first step in the process is to complete an application. Please go to roadtrip4paws.com and click on the Adopt tab to find a link to our online application We reserve the right to refuse placement of an animal for any reason

Story
Meet Gracy! Gracy is a beautiful dilute tortie. She has absolutely stunning golden eyes and the cutest pink nose. Not to mention her marking are beautiful Gracy is sweet and gentle. She enjoys pets and quiet time. She would do best in a home that is quiet without a lot of activity and other pets. Gracy was born in a colony, she is the only survivor of her litter. She was initially going to be a TNR. However, she showed up wounded probably at the hands of a not nice human and her caretaker brought her in and got veterinary care. She decided that Gracy deserved in indoor loving home. Because of her past, Gracy is a little shy around new people, but is sweet when she gets to know you. Estimated DOB 2022 ************************************** Our adoption fees are $125 for one, $200 for 2, and cover the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots, microchip, combo test, deworming, and collar and ID tag. Story
Meet Cleo! Cleo "Cleopatra" is a beautiful cat with big green eyes who is shy but affectionate when she warms up to anyone. She has a little cut on her right tip of her ear from when she was living in the streets. Her favorite spot to be scratched is her chin. Cleo is both shy and curious about her surroundings. But once she feels safe and comfortable she makes herself home and lays around. Cleo was found in a parking lot and after few head scratches she instantly felt comfortable to be around me where she could be pick up. The vet put her over the age of 1 years old. Cleo is such a smart and loving that she deserves the best instead of being in the streets. DOB: 03/01/2022 ************************************** Our adoption fees are $125 for one, $200 for 2, and cover the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots, microchip, combo test, deworming, and collar and ID tag. Story
Meet Lleda! Lleda is a striking calico with a soft mix of orange, white, and gray-black fur and the most beautiful golden eyes. I like to call her “the queen,” because she carries herself with confidence and grace in everything she does. Smart and fearless, Lleda often takes on the role of “mother” to her siblings. She was the quickest to pick up litter training and adjust to indoor life, and she’s always the first to investigate a new person, toy, or adventure. Playful, curious, and confident, she’s also very cuddly and affectionate once she’s had her fun. Lleda is meticulous about keeping herself clean and loves to climb and explore. Her favorite spot is perched at the very top of the cat tree, gazing out the window like she’s keeping watch over her little kingdom. She does wonderfully with children, other cats, and even dogs, making her a great fit for many homes. Her rescue story began at just three weeks old, when she and her siblings were picked up outside someone’s house. From the start, she adjusted beautifully to indoor living and has blossomed into a playful, loving, and confident kitten who will make a fantastic companion. DOB: 6/2025 ************************************** Our adoption fees are $125 for one, $200 for 2, and cover the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots, microchip, combo test, deworming, and collar and ID tag. We require our adopters are 21 years old or older, keep the cat inside only (unless on a leash/harness or in a catio), and do not declaw.

Story
Meet Jinx! 🧡🖤 Jinx is a stunning tortoiseshell beauty with a soft, short coat of rich orange and black. This confident, affectionate girl has truly blossomed and now loves being right by your side—whether she’s curled up in your lap during TV time or serving as the cutest little office “paperweight” while you work. Social and delightfully chatty, Jinx enjoys talking to her humans, especially when she’s hoping for extra attention. She has a big personality wrapped in a loving heart and thrives on human companionship, making her a wonderful best-friend-type cat. Jinx’s only special request is patience. She may need a couple of weeks to fully settle into a new environment, but once she feels safe, her loving nature shines. She does best in a calm home with adults or older children and prefers to be the only pet. While she can tolerate a mellow, respectful cat, she truly shines as a solo companion. She currently lives with a large dog and holds her ground, and could potentially adjust to a small dog who respects her space. Jinx has been in foster care for several months and is ready for her forever home—one where she can offer devotion, personality, and endless cuddles in return. She may just be the loyal companion you didn’t know you were missing. DOB: November 30, 2022 Our adoption fees are $125 for one cat or $200 for two, which include spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip, combo test, deworming, collar, and ID tag. Adopters must be 21 years or older, agree to keep their cats indoors only (unless on a leash/harness or in a catio), and understand that declawing is not permitted. Story
Couch Potato is looking for a loving foster home where they can rest and recover while receiving medical treatment. Reason for Foster: Upper Respiratory Infection (URI)Foster Time Frame: Approximately 2-3 weeks (The foster timeframe may vary depending on recovery and any follow-up medical needs.) Foster Care Plan: Couch Potato is being treated for an upper respiratory infection, which is similar to a common cold. While recovering, they may have symptoms such as sneezing, congestion, and nasal/eye discharge. Because URI can be contagious to other cats, we recommend keeping them separated from resident cats until they have fully recovered. A small, quiet space such as a spare bathroom or bedroom works well for recovery. She can be a bit challenging to pill, and would do best with someone who is familar with pilling cats. They will go home with medication and all the supplies needed for their care. How to take this pet home: Adopt: Couch Potato is available through our Foster-to-Adopt Program, which allows prospective adopters to take pets home before they are available for adoption. Visit Operation Kindness and speak with our Client Services team. Foster-to-Adopt placements are first-come, first-served. Foster: Interested in fostering this pet? Story
Pawpsicle is looking for a loving foster home where they can rest and recover while receiving medical treatment. Reason for Foster: Upper Respiratory Infection (URI) Foster Time Frame: Approximately 1+ weeks (Recheck 7/2)(The foster timeframe may vary depending on recovery and any follow-up medical needs.) FeLV+ (Feline Leukemia Virus) is a condition that can affect a cat`s lifespan, but many cats with this virus can still live happy and healthy lives for a long time. While FeLV+ is not easily transmitted to humans, it can be spread among cats through saliva, urine, feces, and blood. For this reason, we recommend that FeLV+ cats be the only cat in a household or live with other FeLV+ cats. Foster Care Plan: Pawpsicle is being treated for an upper respiratory infection, which is similar to a common cold. They will go home with medication and all the supplies needed for their care. Once treatment is complete, they will return to Operation Kindness for their spay/neuter surgery and adoption. How to take this pet home: Adopt: Pawpsicle is available through our Foster-to-Adopt Program, which allows prospective adopters to take pets home before they are available for adoption.
