Soot or "Sootsy" was my Moms cat for about 8 years until my mom passed away, she is a loving calm 9-10 yr old lap cat. She is a indoor black shorthair cat without front claws. She loves to be petted and sit in a recliner/chair with someone and be a warm snuggler. She gets along with other cats and small dogs. She is very loving to our children and other cat but has caused some issues with her special needs and needs a new home. She needs a home that does not have carpet in the area she will live, as she has digestion special needs that puts her into cycles about once a month where she vomits up, sometimes a little bit of blood. She has been to multiple vets and no solution, so we found a calm consistent food to help regulate her special needs. (Currently eating Purina indoor green bag. Tried science diet, Iams, puirina and pro biotics) She doesn't seem to be affected by the special needs but she does vomit more then a regular cat. Located in Chicagoland southwest suburbs. Travel OK

Sami is my baby. She’s about 7 years old. I just moved and unfortunately I cannot take her. She is at my dad’s for the time being. She’s a calm girl. Likes to lay around and play with the dog.. who I also had to rehome unfortunately. The only restriction she has is her diet. I feed her a special kibble that is more natural from the pet store. Friskies specifically makes her very sick. I learned that the hard way lol. I just want her to go to a loving home. I’m having a hard time giving her up. You never know what kind of a cat you will get and she’s perfect!

We took Maple in a few months ago when a friend found out she was pregnant and could not keep her or the kittens. She has since had the babies and they have all found loving homes. Maple was born in July 2024 is one year old. She is a very friendly cat and has done good with our other cats and small dogs. She loves affection and to talk to you. She is completely litter trained and has no other issues. We are looking for someone who will take good care of Maple and give her the love and care she deserves.

Bug and Meadow are an inseparable duo, bringing double the love and double the fun! These cats are littermates and the most relaxed animals you will ever meet. They are a package deal we dont want to separate them. Mittens is the one with the white spot on her upper lip and boots is the one without. We unfortunately cant take care of them anymore they are out of our budget and we dont have the time, they will fit right in to any home they are placed in, extremely sweet and well behaved.

A silly, greet-you-at-the-door goofball who's cuddly and playful (on HIS terms, per traditional cat etiquette). He's very vocal and has QUITE the entertaining range. When he's not staring into the ether, he spends his free time getting his head stuck in things, trying to sniff skincare products and making the best biscuits in town. The only times he's ever been outside, was to saunter about 2.5 ft. onto the front porch to take a quick peek at the outside world and come right back in. This little guy has been my buddy for the last 10 years... He's neutered and declawed in front, I have all of his paperwork since I rescued him as a kitten back in 2015.
