Story

This sweet guy is the last of the 5 kittens that we caught in the backyard. He was the last to be caught, probably because he isn't really food driven and shy.He was caught closer to around 4-5 months old so it has been a little more difficult to socialize him than the others. Unfortunately for him, the other siblings have all found their homes so he doesn't have any kitties to keep him company. We have had him for about a 4-6 weeks and we just don't have the time and space to properly care for this guy. We have other animals in the house so he lives in the guest room. We try to give him as much attention as possible, but he is still shy with us. He doesn't like to be picked up and will scratch. We are able to pet him every day. I feel like he definitely has potential to be someone's pet and would probably get along well with other cats. Trying to find a potential home for him so we dont have to TNR right before winter. Will take him back if you try to take him and it doesn't work

Story

Ivy is a sweet lady; she loves cuddling next to you and sleeping with you. We adopted Ivy as a kitten; she grew up with our older cat until Artemis died two years ago . She is playful; she loves strings, paper bags, and boxes. She does like to go outside on her leash to eat grass and smell everything. Unfortunately, two family members developed allergies to several things, including Ivy, in the last few years. It has become too much to keep her. A great home would be someone who loves cats and can give her some attention throughout the day. She will be good with a companion cat.

Story

Carolina - Female - Born 3/30/2026 Carolina is named after the spicy Carolina Reaper pepper, as she was quite the spicy little kitten when she first came into rescue. But she’s as sweet as pie now! Carolina and her siblings were rescued by a Good Samaritan who found them at a construction site. She had never even met a human up close before, and she was understandably fearful and defensive at first. With patience, love, and time, Carolina has blossomed into a sweet, snuggly girl who enjoys affection and cuddle time! Carolina is a bit reserved when meeting new people, so she'll need a little extra time to settle into her new home and build confidence with her adopters. Once she feels safe, her loving personality shines through, and she's happy to curl up for cuddles and quiet companionship. She takes her time assessing new situations and prefers a calm, predictable environment where she can feel secure. Carolina would thrive in a quiet home with patient adopters who understand that earning her trust is well worth the wait. Carolina does wonderfully with other cats (with a proper introduction), and would do best adopted with another sibling (Pimento is her partner in kitten crime!) or adopted into a multi cat home! She uses a scratching post well, has impeccable litter pan habits, and loves to be brushed. Carolina's Adoption fee is: $150 This includes Spay/Neuter, rabies vaccine, distemper vaccine, FELV/FIV Testing, pyrantel dewormer and microchip.
