Story
I adopted Jackson in August of 2025. He is a very sweet boy. He does take time to warm up to you but when he does, he is very lovable. He is very cautious about meeting new people, so he hides at first. When I adopted him, I had a female cat and they both figured out how to live together. BUT, I do think he is better in a single cat home. I have since adopted a Tomcat and Jackson is very scared. I am keeping him safe, but he hasnt relaxed since I brought the new cat home. I would like to find a loving space for Jackson where he is the only fur baby! P.S. I do not know his breed so I just selected American short hair.

Story
Bale was surrendered to a shelter when his previous owners became allergic. He has the cutest bob tail! His previous owners said he had lived with cats, dogs, and kids. He seems to get along well with Boo. He’ll headbutt him and rub up against him even though Boo does not always appreciate it. He would probably enjoy another cat as long as they are ok with him being all up in their personal space, but he also enjoys attention from people so would do well as a solo kitty as long as people are around a lot. He is shy so would probably do best in a quieter household. He is super sweet and cuddly. He is more interested in sitting on laps than in playing with toys. He is a professional biscuit maker and will make biscuits on his person. He is shy initially and he spent 3 days under the bed when he got here, but once he came out from under the bed he has been all snuggles and cute little chirps and trills. He loves catnip toys. He will sometimes chase a wand toy, but toys seem to mostly confuse him. He is not super food motivated, but definitely has opinions on what is and is not edible. He is not into the fancy stuff and I have never seen him eat wet food. He likes Meow Mix and Cat Chow dry food. He enjoys being brushed, does not mind a belly rub, but does not love to be picked up. He’ll tolerate it briefly before politely asking to be put back down. He has perfect litter box manners.

Story
Who loves blind cats as much as we do? 🙋🏽‍♀️ Right now we have three blind gems ready to find their forever homes. We’ll get to the third one on her own post (keep an eye out for Koala’s story!) but for now, we have this absolutely adorable duo - Billie Eyeless and Murdock! These kittens were born with a condition called Eyelid Agenesis, a congenital defect where part of the eyelid, most commonly the upper lateral eyelid, fails to develop. As a result, they were both born blind. Since they never had vision, adjusting to life as a blind kitten was easy peasy, and we cannot tell you how many people have insisted they’re SURE they can see, just based on how well they function. We can assure you, there are no eyes, and therefore, they cannot see, but we agree you’d never know it if it wasn’t apparent! These two were bottle raised from day one after being found abandoned after birth, so they are VERY affectionate and adore their humans. The only caveat to these perfect angels is that they MUST be adopted together. Billie Eyeless is pretty independent, but Murdock can’t be without his sister for even a minute or he cries non-stop. She’s like his very own little emotional support animal 🥹 Their foster mom (that’s me) is going to be pretty picky about who takes them, because let’s be honest, they’re a solid 20/10 in personality and if there were room to keep them here, I would. They have ZERO regards for personal space, so if you can’t handle kittens being this 🤏🏼 close to you at all times, they may not be the pair for you, and that includes at bedtime, which is their favorite time to rub their faces all over yours. If you ARE in search of two of the sweetest, most suffocating-in-the-name-of-love babies, Billie Eyeless and Murdock are literal perfection and would bring a lifetime of happiness to their future family.

Story
Boo Bear came to us after being surrendered to a shelter at age 15 because his family suddenly became allergic. His previous owners said he had lived with cats, dogs, and kids. He does get annoyed with Bale at times. He’s fine until Bale gets up in his face and then he’ll give him a swat. Bale likes to rub and headbutt though, so he would probably do fine with cats that respect his space. He is super friendly, cuddly, and outgoing. He immediately made himself at home here. He hasn’t spent a lot of time sitting on me. He’ll come over and sit partially on me and then go do something and then come back again. He loves catnip toys and he will chase a wand toy if you drag it around for him. He is not super food motivated, but definitely has opinions on what is and is not edible. He is not into the fancy stuff and prefers the Sheba portions in gravy. He also enjoys snacking on Meow Mix and Cat Chow dry food. He enjoys being brushed, does not like his belly touched, does not like his feet touched. He is front declawed. He has perfect litter box manners.

Story
Latte and Matilda are a pair of sweet, resilient kittens who prove that being a little different makes you extra special. Latte is a gentle soul with limited function in her back legs, but don’t let that fool you—she’s a determined little explorer! She can climb stairs, use her litter box like a pro, and loves to curl up for snuggles. Latte has a beautiful purr and a unique squak for a meow. Matilda is the playful partner-in-crime with a quirky, wonky eye that gives her an adorable, unique look. It doesn’t cause her any pain, and she’s just as healthy and happy as any kitten. She’s curious, affectionate, and always ready for an adventure. These two share a special bond and would love to find a home together where they can keep cheering each other on. They’re proof that imperfections make life more beautiful—and they’ll fill your home with joy, laughter, and unconditional love.

Story
It’s official!!! Sloane had her final recheck bloodwork today and it was PERFECT! She had a really, really interesting case - one that truly should be in a textbook somewhere. Every vet who has seen her or read about her agrees, they have no idea how she survived. Sloane is the true definition of a miracle. Her determination and will to live were above and beyond our wildest imagination, and we equate that to being the only reason she’s here with us today. And now, after working SO incredibly hard to survive, she’s ready to find the absolute most loving, adoring, and overall perfect family, because she earned it! With her level of determination, she deserves only the best that the world has to offer. 🩷
