Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Aptly named for his ursine-looking face, Grizzly is a friendly, affectionate kitty who loves to hop up on laps for a little lovin'. His other favorite activity is playing with wand toys. 😺 He came from a home with another cat and a small dog, both of which he got along well with. Though we can never make guarantees, this indicates he may do well with another cat or a cat-friendly dog. When Grizzly was relinquished by his previous owner, he had bladder stones (a serious and painful condition), which were dissolved by feeding him a prescription urinary diet. He will need to be on this diet for life to ensure no new stones develop. Grizzly is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and FeLV/FIV negative.

Story
Meet Gracie! This affectionate girl radiates calm and comfort. She has a very gentle, soothing presence and loves to quietly follow her person from room to room, always nearby but never demanding. She especially enjoys lying near your feet and relaxing by your side, happy just to be close and share quiet time together. This gorgeous calico has been a loving companion for many years, offering emotional warmth and steady companionship. She would be an ideal match for a quiet home with someone looking for a kitty who appreciates soft voices, gentle attention, and peaceful routines. Gracie does not have experience living with other cats or dogs, so we are not sure how she would do with a feline or canine companion. Gracie is about 11 years old and weighs around 11 lbs. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and has great litter box habits. She is healthy other than a heart murmur, grade 3 of 6, and will be seen by a veterinary cardiologist prior to adoption. This sweet girl is losing her home only because an elderly family member with severe cat allergies has recently moved in. Her devoted, loving family has tried everything to reduce allergy symptoms but, as sometimes happens, nothing is helping. We (FFOCAS) are helping Gracie’s family find her forever home safely. Interested? Please get in touch via email (ffocas4pets@gmail.com) or through adoptapet. We’ll ask you to fill out a rehoming application so we can keep this process as safe as possible for all involved – especially Gracie!

Not good with cats, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Lady is a stunning 2.5-year-old kitty with long, silky fur, expressive eyes, and a tiny 8-pound frame. She may be small, but she has a big heart and an even bigger capacity for love once she feels safe. Lady’s favorite things in the world include cuddling with her humans, soaking up affection, and watching the neighborhood go by from a sunny window perch. She’s a true people-cat — sweet, affectionate, and happiest when she has a trusted human nearby. Once she warms up, she becomes a full-time love bug and an excellent companion for someone who enjoys a quiet, cozy home. Lady had a rough start in life and spent her early years confined to a single room, which made her shy at first and uncomfortable around other cats. Despite many efforts to help her coexist with the resident cats, she remains territorial and will lunge or chase them. Because her stress comes from sharing space with other animals, her current family is making the compassionate choice to find her a home where she can thrive as the only pet. Lady’s Ideal Home: Lady would do best in a calm, low-key environment with no other cats and no young children. She will shine with an adopter who understands that new environments can feel overwhelming at first and who is willing to let her settle in at her own pace. In return, she’ll reward you with loyalty, gentle affection, and lots of “window-TV” entertainment. Health & Vet Info: Lady is spayed, up to date on vaccines, negative for FIV/FeLV, and recently seen by a vet. She does have a heart murmur that her current caretaker monitors. Her adopter should be comfortable continuing routine vet care. FFOCAS is assisting Lady and her current family in securing a safe and appropriate forever home that matches her needs. Lady is a sweet, affectionate cat who simply prefers being the only feline in the home. We will be screening for her best fit to ensure a smooth and stress-free transition. Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Handsome, 3-year-old Finn is an outgoing, smart, somewhat impish boy. He greets everyone with his tail straight in the air, enjoys daily training sessions with his foster mom (he can give a high five and go to his mat on cue), and throws himself into playtime with kittenish abandon. But Finn was probably mishandled before being rescued and is still learning that he can trust people not to handle him in ways he finds unpleasant. Because of this, Finn needs a quiet adult-only home with a patient adopter who will take the time and effort to earn his trust. Finn is neutered, vaccinated and FeLV/FIV negative.

Story
🌟 Meet Hope — The Sweetest Little Sidekick With a Big Heart! 🌟 Hope truly lives up to her name. Found as a nearly blind tiny kitten on a farm, she was rescued by a kind person and has been thriving ever since under loving care. Now about 1.5 years old, this brown tabby beauty is finally ready for her forever home! 👑 Personality & Daily Life Hope may have limited vision, but she makes up for it with sharp hearing, confidence, and the energy of a kitten! Her pointy ears are always on alert, and she navigates her world with grace, curiosity, and a healthy dose of comedy. She’s especially bonded to “her person” and is known to perch on shoulders like a queen surveying her kingdom. When the door opens, she’s right there (so open slowly!) and then leaps onto feet in greeting — it’s hilarious and adorable. This girl loves: ✨ Fetching toys (on her terms, of course) ✨ Rolling over for belly rubs (and demanding more with her paw) ✨ Lap time — but only with her royal consent ✨ Being around other animals — she LOVES animal friends! 🍽 House Manners & Care Hope has impeccable litter box habits, eats well, and has refined taste (her favorite wet food is shredded chicken from Fussie Cat — clearly, a lady of luxury). She prefers dry food but enjoys wet food as a treat. ❤️ Health & Vetting Hope is: ✔ Spayed ✔ FIV positive ✔ In perfect health ✔ Up-to-date on all vetting ✔ About 1.5 years old Her FIV status is truly no big deal — especially for a cat like Hope who thrives around other animals. FIV cats can live long, healthy lives and can live safely with other friendly cats, as long as everyone gets along. (Hope is an absolute unicorn in that department — she adores other animals!) 🏡 Ideal Home Hope would do best in a home with other cat-friendly animals to keep her company. She blossoms around furry friends and enjoys being part of a little social world. ⸻ If you’re looking for a sweet, funny, affectionate, shoulder-perching princess who brings joy everywhere she goes, Hope might just be your perfect match. 💛🐾
