Hello!! Meet your new soulmate! Complete with a very prestigious mustache! Looking for a handsome fellow to snuggle with? Dolphie is here for that. Looking for someone to talk to? Dolphie will listen AND even chat back. Looking for someone to go on short walks with. Dolphie likes walks too! Looking for someone to spend quiet evenings in with? Dolphie prefers the quiet too! Looking for someone to gaze into your eyes like they’re looking into your soul? That’s Dolphie’s favorite pastime. Dolphie even enjoys playing footsie! That is - you move your feet under the covers and he will pounce! Dolphie is the jealous type so don’t you dare look at another male cat. 😑 Buuuut…. He probably wouldn’t mind a sister. Just like starting a new relationship, Dolphie will love you with time, patience, dinner and treats.. Churus preferably This sweet gentleman is ready for a new home (only because he doesn’t get along with his brothers, who were here 1st). He will be such a loving cat! 🖤🤍

Story
Oakley is a wonderful cat and from a home with a dog and small children. He has been part of my family since he was a kitten. Our family will be relocating in the next two weeks and our new accommodations will not allow animals. We must rehome Oakley to a new home. No issues with using the litter box. Oakley has been an indoor cat.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.NOTE- THESE CATS ARE LISTED AS A COURTESY FOR AN INDIVIDUAL ASKING TO REHOME THEIR PET.  PLEASE SEE CONTACT INFO BELOW. Two black kittens (yet to be named) were trapped by one of our volunteers after being found wandering outside.  The babies are solid black and are so cute! They are a little skittish because they have not been handled a lot, but should come around quickly. All have been fixed and vaccinated.  They will need time and lots of handling in their new home to become trusting of people. They play well together with each other.  We are requesting that they be adopted as a pair or have another cat in the home so that they have a mate. If you are interested in adopting a cute little kitty or two, please fill out an adoption application at www.reachoutrescue.org and contact Bernice at 703-475-5326Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 3, 2025, 2:52 pm

Story
Ember is in a foster home currently.A note from her foster:Ember has really started coming out of her shell - feral to couch potato! She wouldn`t let us near her when we first started fostering her. Now, she loves head scratches and will even roll over for a few belly scratches, on her terms. When pet, the purrs instantly start! She is still learning to trust humans but she is becoming the sweetest little thing. Her adopter will need patience. She still gets scared at times, but she is getting braver each day. Good with children, cats, and dogs. Please email hsccfosterteam@gmail.com to be put in touch with her foster family.
