He enjoys toys (especially if treats are involved!), can be cuddly, and also appreciates his personal space. Finn is anxious around loud noises and reactive when he sees other dogs, so he’s looking for a quiet home where he can be the only pet. He hasn’t lived with cats but has ignored chickens. He greets people calmly outside the home and politely “announces” visitors with a bark. He does best with a predictable routine and would thrive in a home where someone is around more often—his current home’s 12-hour shifts are just too hard on him. Respectful children are fine. Belle was adopted as a young dog by my brother and his partner. His partner died recently and my brother is in assisted living. Belle was a loved and dear pet. She’s very sweet. When we first got her, she had 3 accidents in the house. She also had accidents while sleeping which has been controlled by medication (proin er74). There have been no daytime problems since using diapers and crating. We are unable to keep her because we travel out of the country for 1-2 months at a time.
