This four-legged furball is the epitome of charm and charisma, with a heart as big as her wagging tail. Lizzy isn't just your average pooch; she's a certified professional in the art of snuggling. If cuddling were an Olympic sport, she'd take home the gold medal every time. Her idea of a perfect day? Burying herself under a pile of blankets with her favorite humans nearby, ready to shower her with belly rubs and ear scratches. But don't let her gentle demeanor fool you; Lizzy's got some serious energy to burn! She's always up for a game of fetch or a romp around the yard with her furry friends. In fact, she's such a social butterfly that she's never met a cat or dog she didn't like. She's dreaming of a forever home with an active family and a spacious yard where she can run and play. This is not to say that she is perefect.  She is perfectly imperfect.  She is a high energy dog who will need very definite boundaries, a strong leader to make sure she is doing all that is asked of her and allowing freedom by process, not allowing her run of the house.  She will get overwhelmed and then her imperfection come out through teenage behaviors.  :0) Marigold prefers a home with a yard vs the apartment life! Story
Are you ready to take home the sweetest most adorable puppy in the world? Meet Poppy! She’s a Collie mix born 3/17/23. Her interests include giving kisses, cuddles and asking for belly rubs. She's house-trained, good with cats and other dogs but she loves people more than anything, even treats! She loves to go on walks, play games but is just as happy to snooze at your feet while you are working or watching TV. She is a smart girl and has already learned sit, down, and come on command. She responds well to positive reinforcement and doesn't expect treats for tricks. Poppy is still working on her manners and leash training. She gets easily distracted by squirrels and rabbits. She's smart to understand what is acceptable behavior but sometimes she needs reminding that not everyone wants her hugs. Poppy has allergies which caused her itchiness and to lose some fur. She's now on medication that is helping with her allergies.   Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $525.00 Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 11, 2024, 9:57 pm
