Hi, I’m Nana and I’m ready for my forever family! My story started a little unexpectedly. I was wandering on my own when a very kind family found me and brought me into their home to keep me safe until Animal Ark had room for me. I didn’t know what to expect, but I quickly learned that couches are soft, people are gentle, and life feels a whole lot better when you’re loved.While I stayed with them, I got to play with their two dogs, we had so much fun together. I also spent lots of time snuggling with their kids, who were 8 and 17. They made me feel like part of the family, and I did great with everyone.Now I’m at Animal Ark, and I’m hoping the next chapter of my life brings me something I’ve never had before: a forever home of my very own. I’m a young dog with a big heart, a playful spirit, and a love for companionship. Whether it’s romping around with other dogs, hanging out with kids, or curling up next to you after a long day, I’m happiest when I’m with my people.If you’re looking for a sweet, social, and loving companion, I’d really love to meet you. My distinct white-tipped front paws and question mark tail are my signature markings and make me different from my sister. For most of my young life, I lived outside on my own, so every cozy new experience now feels extra special and exciting to me. I’m a curious little explorer at heart — I love sniffing out new corners, chasing a bouncy toy, or investigating a new sound. I also have a soft, cuddly side and adore curling up on a warm bed or snuggling on the couch for quiet time with my people. Sometimes I’ll nuzzle in close just to make sure I’m part of whatever is happening, and I always appreciate gentle pets and love-filled attention.
