He enjoys toys (especially if treats are involved!), can be cuddly, and also appreciates his personal space. Finn is anxious around loud noises and reactive when he sees other dogs, so he’s looking for a quiet home where he can be the only pet. He hasn’t lived with cats but has ignored chickens. He greets people calmly outside the home and politely “announces” visitors with a bark. He does best with a predictable routine and would thrive in a home where someone is around more often—Respectful children are fine. Finn is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and eats a prescription urinary diet. If you’re looking for a loyal, laid-back companion, Finn is ready to meet you. Amazingly she heads right to the puppy pads to piddle and ALMOST makes it there with number two! She loves to snuggle with humans and happily joins her siblings in a cuddle puddle most of the day. She is starting to discover her voice and makes darling little pig noises and baby growls with her siblings. Playdough is the chonker of this group and makes a bee-line for food whenever it’s out. Her owner had been living in an assisted living facility, but after being transferred to long-term care, JJ is no longer able to stay there and now has nowhere to go. JJ is understandably very sad and confused as she adjusts to everything that has happened. She has been a loyal companion and is missing the comfort of her person. Despite the changes, she remains a very sweet and gentle dog. She is good with people, kids, and other dogs, making her a wonderful companion for many different types of families. JJ just needs a kind home where she can feel secure again and know she is loved. With a little time and reassurance, JJ will be a devoted and loving companion to the family who gives her a second chance.
