Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.//     Find our applications at www.midwestanimalrescue.org Adoption Fee: $400 plus taxMeet Marigold,This girl struggled when she first came to MARS in many ways, she had dew claw removal surgery prior to coming to us and opened both of them up, so she was on strick eercise restrictions for 3+ weeks.  She made it through that like a champ, but realized she was bored out of her mind, so got a bit hyper.  She was then taken through 4 different foster homes, all with varying issues of behavior due to her boredom and inability to communicate with her people or them with her.She has since been at a board and train for 3 weeks to learn all things she needed to succeed, so now we are looking for a foster to continue her training and work with the trainer. She is an amazing girl and has learned so much in the last three weeks.  She understands focus, that she is not in charge and theat a structured life is wonderful.Who is ready to help this girl continue to shine and be the most wonderful girl in the world?House trainedCrate TrainedMannersloves puppiesWalking well on leash Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.   or     *The pet you are viewing is a rescued pet which is most often from an animal control facility and does not come with a pedigree. The breed(s) listed are our best guess and are in no way guaranteed. Sometimes the pets appear to be a particular breed(s) in the pictures we receive from our rescue partners and when they arrive we are surprised to see an entirely different breed(s) in person!  If you choose to DNA test your adopted pet, test results may vary from company to company and our breed guess may not be reflected in those results as it is just that, our best guess. It is with deep longing that we wish there was a breed called "cute" as we believe all of our dogs would fall under this new breed classification! Completion of an Adoption Application via our website www.midwestanimalrescue.org is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is the first step in our adoption process.  *Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption. When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.  Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks. Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.   //

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.   Benjo is currently with a partner rescue group in KY, and needs a foster home secured to come to MN. So, we  are looking for a foster home for him to land in and/or an adoptive home, or perhaps a foster to adopt?  Interested in fostering or adopting? Please complete an interest form at  https://redemptionroadrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/ Puppy adoption fee is $450.00 + tax for the age appropriate vetting they have had so far (2 DHPP vaccines, deworming on a schedule, and will come with microchip). Puppies will still need: eventual spay or neuter (recommended when closer to 9-12 months old. We recommend researching this topic and consulting with your vet).  If you would like the puppy altered at our vet, the adoption fee increases to $650.00 + tax (adopter is responsible for the in between vaccines). Altering the puppy at your vet, at your own cost, means the adoption fee is $450.00 + tax, with signature on a spay/neuter contract.  redemptionroad.mn@gmail.com http://redemptionroadrescue.rescuegroups.org https://www.facebook.com/RedemptionRoadRescue (Message us!) Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Thank you for stopping by to see me!  Please check below to see what upcoming adoption events I will be attending or apply here for a private meeting.  If you have other questions about me you can email Underdog Rescue at <inquiries@underdogrescuemn.com> ***Be sure to check your spam/junk folder as sometimes our emails end up there***   Hi I'm Stephen!  I'm a handsome young boy who is friendly as can be.  I'm pretty sure that everyone wants to be my best friend and honestly why wouldn't they want to be?  I'm generally pretty chill.  I do adore attention!  The head scratches, body rubs and belly rubs are just the best.  I do sometimes forget my manners though and will gently jump up for a hug.   My foster mama just hugs me back and gives me kisses which I will return.  I enjoy walks outside and feeling the wind in my hair and the sun on my face.  I'm always a good boy when I'm getting brushed and never complain.  I'm not super food motivated, but I'll gently take a treat if I want it.  I prefer praise for being a good boy!  I'm good I'm my kennel though I sometimes give a few barks when I want out.  Generally I lay down and nap in it though.  So far I've been great about potty training with no accidents.  I'm good with all size dogs too from giants to littles.  If you have a doggie friend for me great, but I'd be just as happy being your spoiled only dog.  I know you won't be able to resist my charms when we meet! Please note that some of our dogs are obtained from shelters, surrendered to our care, or released from breeders.  Each animal's bio is based on our experience of the animal within our care, an educated guess based on physical characteristics, temperament and information shared.  Each dog receives basic grooming when coming into rescue, but for some dogs they have not received grooming attention until recently and grooming may be required shortly after adoption.  This will be at the adopters expense, so we encourage you to research the breed and be prepared for grooming expenses .   Underdog cannot guarantee hypoallergenic or non shedding qualities of any dogs in our rescue.   Some of the animals come from situations where they are lacking experience in a home and confidence in humans. In turn, they require another companion dog and/or a fenced in yard in their forever home in order for them to feel safe. If you are interested in a    particular dog whose bio states those needs and do not currently have them, please understand that your home might not be the right fit.  Please use the filter on our Adoptable Dogs page to find the perfect match for your home.      ***Be sure to check your spam/junk folder as sometimes our emails end up there***  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.  ADOPTION EVENTS:      Adoption events are updated as the foster home RSVP's to attend. Check back for updates on which events they will be attending. Please understand that all of our pets are in volunteer foster homes and sometimes "life" happens and the foster family cannot make it to their scheduled adoption event. If you are traveling from a far distance to meet a specific animal, please understand we cannot guarantee event attendance. You may wish to consider applying and setting up a private appointment. Private appointments are only scheduled after an application is submitted and approved.   ADOPTION PROCEDURE: The first step in our process is to complete an online adoption application on our website: http://www.underdogrescuemn.com/adoptionprocess/   Note: In most circumstances Underdog Rescue will only adopt within 60 miles of Minneapolis, MN.  All of our foster animals can be seen by appointment with an approved adoption application. Contact us at http://www.underdogrescuemn.com/contact-us/ if you have further questions.   FOSTER CARE: All of our animals are fostered in individual homes or doggie daycare facilities. While they are in our care, they are part of our families and given lots of love. We work on training, crate-training and socialization prior to adoption. Each animal's behavior is evaluated and we have a sense of its temperament and personality. We look for adopters who will give each animal the wonderful life and permanent home that he or she deserves. If you have an interest and ability to be a foster home, please visit our website  www.underdogrescuemn.com/foster-applications  and fill out a foster application.   NUTRITION: Nutrition is vital to the rehabilitation and life-long health of our pets.  All of our foster animals are fed a premium diet such as NutriSource, Canidae, Orijen, Nature's Variety, Fromm, Pure Vita, Stella and Chewy's, Primal, or balanced raw diet.  All adopters are required to continue providing premium diets for the life of the animal.   YOU CAN HELP: Not able to foster or adopt right now? Story
Briggs is a smart and friendly Collie/Shepherd mix looking to protect, love, and be part of a family he can call his own.  Briggs has the smarts of Iron Man, quick to learn recall, routines and basic commands. This eager to please pup has the sociability and roguish good looks of Thor (just look at that fur!), quick to make friends and always a loyal companion. Like Black Widow and Hawkeye, Briggs has a keen eye for his surroundings, enjoying watching the humans around him and will always have their back. Briggs is much more gentle and patient than the Hulk, instead of smashing Briggs Bark when the doorbell rings.  Briggs has done well teaming up with other dogs, but would be equally happy as a solo canine superhero. He finds cats generally keep the peace and are capable of defending themselves, so he ignores them. Briggs enjoys young kids as long as they maintain the code of showing him understanding and respect.  Briggs is a loving, loyal pup looking for a home that follows the guidance of the infinity stones: time and space to allow him to adjust to a new environment, a routine reality that gives him the ability to exercise body and mind, the power of love, and a kind soul. If you would like to recruit Briggs to be part of your team of Avengers, apply to meet him at https://www.rescuecrew.org/adoption-request-forms.html ##1785958##

Story
Hi, my name is Sweetie and I was surrendered by my owner to SHH. She is such an amazing dog! Listens, sticks around. She does like to jump up to greet new people, but is already learning. She has a lot of energy and loves to play, but knows how to settle down and relax too. I don't know if she is good with dogs because we are a busy child, cat and small animal household.
