Story
Meet Pollen, a cheerful 13 pound Dachshund Pug mix who is ready to bring endless joy to your home! At 2 years old, she is fully vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, and packed with playful puppy energy. Pollen is learning to walk like a dream on a leash and thrives on outdoor adventures. She is a rough and tumble player who loves romping with other dogs and proudly hoarding all the squeaky toys. Once her playful energy is spent, Pollen happily curls up beside her favorite humans for a cozy nap. She is confident, well adjusted, and ready for an active family who will include her in every outing. OUR LOCATION AND TRANSPORT POLICY: Fur Ever Yours Dog Rescue is based in Okanogan County in Eastern Washington where our foster homes and vet care are located. We cross list our dogs across multiple regions to find the perfect home. For Small Dogs under 20 lbs: Once an application is fully approved, we provide volunteer transport to designated meeting spots in Ellensburg, Leavenworth, Wenatchee, Moses Lake, or Brewster for Western and Central Washington families. For Eastern Washington, Montana, or Idaho Families: We host pre arranged adoption meet and greets in Reardan or Spokane Valley. We do not transport dogs sight unseen without an approved application and processed adoption fee. ADOPTION FEES AND MISSION: Our adoption fees are not a purchase price for an individual pet. They act as a direct donation to fund our entire rescue ecosystem. Because we rescue senior dogs, medical cases, and neglected animals from rural areas, your fee goes directly into our medical fund. This directly supports the rehabilitation, dental surgeries, and specialized care of every dog in our rescue. Ready to make Pollen a permanent part of your family? Story
Blanco is the sweetest 3 year old boy. I've never met a doggo who is a better cuddler and is happy to snuggle and keep eye contact, but also has the spirit and desire to run ten laps around you. Blanco is also a bit mischievous and definitely needs daily time to run and chew in productive ways to keep everyone happy! Also, Blanco is cuteness overload!! The reason we are looking to rehome Blanco is due to our lifestyle not having enough time for his needs. Since adopting him from the shelter we have realized he needs a home who is able to spend a lot more training time with him and who is more active. He is a reactive dog when seeing other dogs or people outside which will need to be worked on. We think this is due to the fact that while with his previous owner he suffered a vicious dog attack and then was kept in one room and barely taken outside again. He is a great dog who we strongly believe can be resocialized, it will just unfortunately take more time than our schedules have.

Story
Meet Anastasia! 🐾 Anastasia is a petite 7-8 year-old, 9-pound sweetheart looking for a patient, loving home of her own. She is incredibly loyal and affectionate once she knows and trusts you. Anastasia isn’t the kind of girl who gives her heart away immediately—she needs a little time to settle in, decompress, and get comfortable with new people. But once you become her people, you’re in! She bonds deeply and is a wonderfully devoted companion. Anastasia does well with small, older, polite dogs and is great with cats. A quieter home where she can adjust at her own pace would be ideal. She is: Spayed Microchipped Up to date on rabies vaccination Current on heartworm and flea prevention Anastasia does need a dental, which her adopter should plan to address with their veterinarian. And about that haircut! 😊 Anastasia normally has an adorable soft, scruffy coat, approximately 1–1½ inches long. Her very caring foster recently gave her an extra-short summer haircut to help keep her comfortable in the upcoming heat. The short-haired photos were taken July 20, 2026, so her trademark scruffy look will grow back! Anastasia is currently being fostered in the Seattle area. Adoption fee will be returned once proof of follow-up veterinary care is provided. If you’re looking for a small, loyal companion and are willing to give her the time she needs to feel safe and settle in, Anastasia may be your girl. ❤️

Story
Welcome Cosmo to CCPAL Rescue. Cosmo is an Dachshund/Beagle is our best guess. He is about 18 pounds now and should be small sized full grown. We think 25 full grown. He is very sweet, has good eye contact and has a soft coat and down ears. He is active and the group is vocal but not over the top. He is one of the shyer pups and would be great for a family or person that is moderate to less active. He won’t be the social butterfly but will be a fantastic companion pet for someone. If a person is a quieter person wanting an easy and loveable pup that is content being with you, this is your match. A person that does not work all day every day for 5 days a week is the best for a puppy. Someone that can work from home some or has partial days or some days off to spend to help your new puppy acclimate is best. You need time to be with your puppy to socialize them and to finish off their puppy training. Cosmo was very easy to handle taking his photos and he wasn’t afraid of new people and liked being held. He sat on the table with confidence while we worked with him. He is getting daily attention and holding at the Rescue. He is getting his DHPP vaccinations and dewormed. He is good in his play group. He is kenneled in the evening and is learning to go potty on a wee pad. He is currently at the CCPAL Rescue in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. He would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. His adoption fee is $400 and transport is $200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states.
