Story
We happily present this little treasure for adoption! She is a compact girl who is Dachshund/Chihuahua/terrier mix with a spunky joy for life. Jilly is a lowrider, and we mean LOWWWWWW. Her body measurements are 9 inches in height and 14 inches in length. Her paws are so short, stubby, & cute! Jilly has a beautiful chocolate coat coloring with a little white on her chest. This girl loves people, meeting new friends, car adventures, walks, warm baths, & massages. (trimming her nails is easy-- she is used to it.) Jilly is super loving, easy to carry, much like a baby........Jilly ABSOLUTELY LOVES doggy day care & playing with her canine friends!!! She has the cutest underbite which adds to her character & endearing sparkle. This intelligent girl knows how to "sit", "kennel", & walk beautifully on a leash. She is not a big barker nor does she shed very much. That is a WIN WIN! We would love to show this princess shortcake to the person who abandoned her! Jilly has had a magnificent GLO UP! Jilly looks forward to finding her forever family before the holidays & to celebrate the NEW YEAR 2025!!! Jilly has been examined by our vet, received a series of dhpp, bordetella, canine influenza bivalent, rabies vaccine, and leptospirosis vaccines. (All vaccines have been given at a veterinary practice.) She is spayed and microchipped. We give oral heartworm prevention and flea/tick prevention as our rescues are bathed frequently. We provide our rescued puppies and dogs the highest quality veterinary care as our own pets. Proper veterinary care is our number one PRIORITY and it shows in the health of our rescued puppies and dogs. My adoption fee is $400 and transportation fee is $350 from Houston, Texas to Seattle, Washington. We use the highest standard transporter in the industry. We have many happy adopters on both West Coast, East Coast, and Canada. We are pleased to provide referrals upon request. Our greatest goal is to properly match a rescued pup with the perfect adopter. We have over twenty plus years experience in rescuing pets. It is truly our greatest joy.

Story
Mo is a six month old wire-haired dachshund/miniature schnauzer/terrier mix puppy who was found with another dog in Houston. Unfortunately, no microchip or owner was ever found. Mo is a loving, sweet boy who loves people, dogs, car adventures, and life overall. We are grateful the finder of Mo kept him safe from being hit by a car or run over...... This fun loving guy has blossomed over the past two months in his foster home. He is used to being held, loves affection, is kennel-trained, leash-trained, loves walks, and has mastered puppy pads wonderfully. Mo squats and does NOT lift his leg. We are now transitioning to going potty outside. Mo loves to help when his foster mom is planting her flowers. This boy loves Natural Pet collagen chews, and DuraForce dog toys. He is happy with his canine friends and is sure to bring joy to his new family. We look forward to his happy ever after SOON! Mo has been examined by our vet, and given three dhpp vaccines, rabies, bordetella, canine influenza, & leptospirosis vaccines. Mo DOES NOT have any heart murmur, luxating patellas, eye, skin, or allergy issues. He is given Simparica Trio on the first of every month for heartworm and flea/tick prevention. All vaccines are given by our outstanding vet & vet techs. We email all veterinary records prior to adoption. Mo is dewormed every two weeks. This precious pup is neutered & microchipped. We provide our rescued puppies and dogs with the highest quality veterinary care as our own pets receive. Proper veterinary care is our number one PRIORITY and it shows in the health of our rescued puppies and dogs. My adoption fee is $400 and transportation fee is $350 from Houston, Texas to Seattle, Washington. We use the highest standard transporter in the industry. Story
Marisol is a sweet, affectionate, cuddly 5 year old mini Dapple Dachshund. She can be pretty playful at times and will let you know if she's in the mood to play alone or with you. She loves playing with her rope toys and squeaky toys. She likes tugging but she's not very strong. She also likes fetching! She groans and grumbles when she's happy, loves to burrow into anything, including you, and her ears flop as she trots around. I want to be upfront and honest about my decision to rehome her as she has behaviors (barking, lunging, occasional biting humans, using the bathroom in the house even after she emptied her bladder) that have become too difficult for me to manage. I got Marisol from a breeding family (she was a breeding dog who had around 2-3 litters). My neighbors introduced me to the family who then told me they didn't want her anymore because she was making it hard to sell puppies. She really is a sweetie, just with a lot of trauma that I can't tend to at this time in my life.

Story
Welcome Daisey to CCPAL foster program. She is an 8-year-old Dachshund/Corgi is our best guess. She has a longer body and upright ears. She is a scenting breed for sure. She is active and social and not the couch potato dog. She weighs 25 pounds. She is good with a dog smaller and a dog larger. The larger dog is a pit Bull and she does good with that more dominant dog as well. She is around children and is a great dog for a family with kiddos. She has a 5 year old and a baby in her home. This family has found they have to move into a rental house. The rental house will only allow 2 dogs. They are sad but there is no other option. Pit Bulls are tougher to rehome so she is rehoming her favorite dog. She was crying telling this story. Daisey is potty trained, good on a leash, good in a car, good with other dogs, kids and strangers. She will need a fenced yard or walked on a leash. She can catch a scent and wonder off. She has a nice sturdy body and will make a great companion for an active family or active senior. She can be an only dog or go with another dog. This dog has a lot of good years in front of her and is by no means an old acting dog. She is in good health, vaccinated, spayed and ready for her forever home. She is a shedding dog but only moderately. She is in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to help get her to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 300 and transport is 200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states.
