Hi! My name is Duke and I am available for adoption!I came to RASKC on June 4, 2026 with my brother Luke after my owner passed away. We are currently in a foster home and really enjoy being with one another! We make get into a little bicker when we are in too close fo a space, but we love to sleep, play and be near each other. We are really hoping to find a home where we can be together :)I weigh 13.8 lbs and am considered a `small breed` dog.I am an affectionate lovebug who would be thrilled to cuddle up with you at home!Surprisingly I am full of energy and I love to play! I tend to calm down more when the people around me stay calm. I do best when I have lots of exercise and something to keep my mind busy.My caregivers have noticed that I seem to do well with other dogs. I came in with a buddy, Luke. We aren`t bonded but it would be nice if we could go home together. When meeting dogs in a new home, I would do best with a slow introduction.I really like to play around in pools and fountains, laze on couches or go on hikes with my buddies. I`m also a chatty cathy who will talk to you all day.I am an adaptable dog who loves to go with the flow! Olive was only five months old, but she had already lived enough life for a much older dog. Four homes in such a short time — four sets of hands, four different living rooms, four places where she tried her best to belong. She wasn’t a difficult pup. Just a little unsure, a little too quiet, a little too eager to please. Every time she arrived somewhere new, she would tiptoe through the doorway, tail tucked but hopeful, waiting for someone to show her what “home” meant. In her first home, she was adored — for a week. Then life got busy, and Olive became an afterthought. In her second home, she was a gift for a child who wasn’t ready for the responsibility. In her third home, she was sweet, but the resident dog wasn’t. And in her fourth home, they loved her… but couldn’t keep her. So Olive arrived at rescue with a tiny bag of toys and a heart full of confusion. Now Olive waits for the home that will finally be hers — not for a week, not for a month, but forever. She’s ready to give her whole heart to someone who will treasure her soft spirit, her brave little attempts at trust, and her goofy puppy wiggles. Olive’s story isn’t about being passed around. It’s about finally landing where she belongs.
