Story
Hi there! My name is Jalen and boy oh boy I am so glad to be back at the shelter! I feel like I have been in a revolving door with owners and with the shelter too! I was found as a stray by a kind stranger! He brought me here and things were just great! I got all fixed up and ready to meet new people! Then miracle of miracles! I was adopted! Problem was she only kept me for a few weeks and then gave me away! I wish she had just brought me back to my friends at the shelter! To cut to the "chase" I escaped the new person's yard and was picked up by my friends in Animal Control! So I am trying again to find my "forever" home! I have all of my vaccinations, I am heartworm negative, I have a microchip, and I have been neutered. I am what they call a "teenage" puppy so be ready for some fun times and activity!!

Story
Hello, my name is Jade! A beautiful name for a beautiful girl! I was rescued by a kind stranger who found me as a stray. He looked for my family but had no luck. So he kept me for a while thinking that he would just add me to his family! Well I thought that was a great idea! Only problem was that he already had another dog and that dog was not too happy about me being added to the mix. My rescuer thought it was best for me to find a new home where I didn't have to compete with an older dog who had been with the family for years. So here I am! Putting myself out there hoping to find my very own "forever" home. I am a one- year-old terrier mix. I have all of my vaccinations, I am heartworm negative, I have a microchip, and I have been spayed. I would love to be adopted, but if you are not able to offer me a permanent home, maybe you could foster me or become my Adoption Ambassador! Ask the shelter about all of the possibilities.

Story
Oh, hi. I'm Miley and I am very excited about my new start in life! You see my family moved away and left me. I was hanging around a discount store looking for food and some kindness. A neighbor figured out what happened so she picked me up and brought me to the shelter. I was never claimed and now I am available for adoption. I am a beautiful little terrier mix. I have all of my vaccinations, I have a microchip, and I have been spayed. I am still young so handle me with care and kindness.

Story
Hey there, my name is Bully and I am very excited about being here to find a new home! I was picked up by Animal Control as I roamed in a neighborhood near the zoo! YIKES!! I have been waiting at the shelter my allotted time and I am now ready for adoption. I am a terrier mix. I have all of my vaccinations for my age, I have a microchip, and I have been neutered. When I was playing in the play yard at the shelter I broke my growth plate in a back leg. Unfortunately, after a visit to the vet, it was decided that my leg should be amputated. I am doing well and working on learning to walk on three legs! Do you have time for a three legged puppy in your family? Oh I sure hope so!!

Story
Boy, oh boy! Do I have a story to tell! In my young life I have already had two owners. My first owner's home caught on fire. The fire department arrived and put out the fire. They helped my owner the best that they could. My owner packed up what was left and moved away. There were several of us waiting at the burned out house. Fortunately one of the kind firemen came back to check on us and discovered that we had been abandoned. He brought us to the shelter where we were all adopted after a short time! YAY! I was with my new family for several months, but they broke up and no one wanted to keep me. So here I am back at MHS hoping to get it right this time! I am a terrier mix. I have all of my vaccinations, I am heartworm negative, I have a microchip, and I have been spayed. I am what they call a teenage puppy so be ready for some active and fun times with me!

Story
Hi there! My name is Nick and I am so happy to meet you! I am a three-year-old terrier mix that is currently homeless! I am sure I had a home, but I was roaming a neighborhood a while back and kept getting into things in other people's yards. My kind rescuer looked and looked for my owners, but could never find them. She knew the best place for me to start over was at the shelter. I have all of my vaccinations, I am heartworm negative, I have a microchip, and I have been neutered. I am a good boy that needs lots of exercise and consistent training on some good doggie manners! I am a "love" that is just waiting for the right person to walk in and adopt me!
